【摘要】：模態(tài)綜合法是一種利用子結(jié)構(gòu)的模態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算得到裝配結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)特性的方法。其基本思想是將一個(gè)大型復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)劃分成若干子結(jié)構(gòu)。模態(tài)綜合中子結(jié)構(gòu)的模態(tài)既可以通過數(shù)值方法得到，也可以由試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)擬合得到。為了推廣模態(tài)綜合法在工程中的應(yīng)用，本文對(duì)模態(tài)綜合法實(shí)現(xiàn)過程所涉及的理論與技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究，并開發(fā)了面向工程應(yīng)用的模態(tài)綜合求解系統(tǒng)。 首先，本文對(duì)模態(tài)綜合法的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。介紹了模態(tài)綜合法的基本算法，推導(dǎo)出剛性連接下第二次坐標(biāo)變換式的通式，分別求出固定界面法與自由界面法下的第二次坐標(biāo)變換表達(dá)式。并對(duì)綜合實(shí)現(xiàn)過程中柔性連接的處理方法進(jìn)行了研究。本文還對(duì)模型縮聚和相關(guān)性分析的理論方法進(jìn)行了研究。 然后，本文研究了模態(tài)綜合的實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)，提出了一種基于DMAP和VC++的模態(tài)綜合實(shí)現(xiàn)路線，開發(fā)了模態(tài)綜合求解計(jì)算系統(tǒng)。本文在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上，利用Nastran可靠的矩陣計(jì)算能力，實(shí)現(xiàn)模態(tài)綜合法的程序化。同時(shí)，系統(tǒng)還具備模型縮聚與相關(guān)性分析功能。本文根據(jù)模態(tài)綜合計(jì)算、模型縮聚計(jì)算和相關(guān)性分析計(jì)算中用到的數(shù)據(jù)類型統(tǒng)一設(shè)計(jì)了數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)并研究了實(shí)現(xiàn)這些計(jì)算功能過程中用到的關(guān)鍵算法流程。 最后，本文對(duì)系統(tǒng)的計(jì)算功能進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明，，本文的研究成果具備工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The modal synthesis method is a method to calculate the dynamic characteristics of assembly structures by using the modal data of substructures. The basic idea is to divide a large complex structure into several substructures according to its structural characteristics. The modes of the modal synthesis neutron structure can be obtained either by numerical method or by fitting the experimental data. In order to extend the application of modal synthesis method in engineering, the theory and technology involved in the realization process of modal synthesis method are studied in this paper, and a modal synthesis solution system for engineering application is developed. Firstly, the research status of modal synthesis method is summarized in this paper. This paper introduces the basic algorithm of modal synthesis method, deduces the general formula of the second coordinate transformation formula under rigid connection, and calculates the second coordinate transformation expression under the fixed interface method and the free interface method respectively. The processing method of flexible connection in the process of synthesis implementation is also studied. The theoretical methods of model Polycondensation and correlation analysis are also studied in this paper. Then, this paper studies the realization technology of modal synthesis, puts forward a realization route of modal synthesis based on DMAP and VC, and develops a calculation system of modal synthesis solution. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper uses Nastran's reliable matrix computing ability to realize the programming of modal synthesis method. At the same time, the system also has the function of model condensation and correlation analysis. This paper designs the data structure according to the data types used in modal synthesis calculation, model condensation calculation and correlation analysis calculation, and studies the key algorithms used in the realization of these computing functions. Finally, the calculation function of the system is verified. The results show that the research results of this paper have engineering application value.
