【摘要】：針對事后維修和定期維修在很多領(lǐng)域已經(jīng)不能滿足維修保障要求的問題,提出一種故障預(yù)測與健康管理(prognostics and health management,PHM)視情維修技術(shù)。介紹PHM技術(shù)的概念和目的,闡述PHM系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)功能、設(shè)計步驟以及關(guān)鍵技術(shù),簡要比較概括了15種故障預(yù)測方法的優(yōu)缺點,分析了當(dāng)前發(fā)展PHM技術(shù)需要解決的問題。分析結(jié)果表明:該技術(shù)對維護機械設(shè)備安全性、可靠性,節(jié)約維修保障成本有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the post maintenance and regular maintenance can not meet the requirements of maintenance support in many fields, a Prognostics and health management (PHM) visual maintenance technology is proposed. The concept and purpose of PHM technology are introduced, the structure function, design steps and key technologies of the PHM system are described, and a brief comparison is made. The advantages and disadvantages of 15 kinds of fault prediction methods are summarized, and the problems that need to be solved in the development of PHM technology are analyzed. The analysis results show that the technology is of great significance for maintaining the safety and reliability of mechanical equipment and saving the maintenance cost.
