基于ANSYS的熱輻射應(yīng)力分析

【摘要】:Ansys是常用的壓力容器復(fù)雜工況的有限元分析軟件,可以用來(lái)計(jì)算設(shè)備或者部件的結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力和熱應(yīng)力。在計(jì)算溫度應(yīng)力時(shí),首先應(yīng)該確定熱量的傳遞方式。在三種熱傳遞方式:熱傳導(dǎo),熱對(duì)流,熱輻射中,熱傳導(dǎo)和熱對(duì)流可以直接調(diào)用ansys的分析模塊進(jìn)行計(jì)算,而熱輻射不存在直接的計(jì)算方法。本文通過(guò)調(diào)用AUX12求解器模塊,將存在熱輻射的兩個(gè)表面定義為輻射矩陣,通過(guò)超單元MATRIX50來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)定義輻射傳熱,從而解決了存在熱輻射工況條件的設(shè)備的熱應(yīng)力計(jì)算。
[Abstract]:Ansys is a commonly used finite element analysis software for complex working conditions of pressure vessels. It can be used to calculate the structural and thermal stresses of equipment or components. When calculating the temperature stress, the heat transfer mode should be determined first. In three kinds of heat transfer modes: heat conduction, heat convection and heat radiation, heat conduction and heat convection can be calculated directly by the analysis module of ansys, but there is no direct calculation method for heat radiation. In this paper, two surfaces with thermal radiation are defined as radiation matrix by calling AUX12 solver module, and radiation heat transfer is defined by superelement MATRIX50, thus solving the thermal stress calculation of equipment with thermal radiation condition.
