膠印機齒輪傳動系統(tǒng)動力學建模及優(yōu)化設計

【摘要】:為了提高膠印機高速印刷條件下的動態(tài)特性,針對膠印機齒輪傳動系統(tǒng)動力學問題,建立了多級平行軸齒輪傳動系統(tǒng)動力學模型,并對其進行動態(tài)優(yōu)化設計.首先,描述了齒輪傳動系統(tǒng)的時變嚙合剛度、靜態(tài)傳動誤差、嚙合阻尼、動態(tài)嚙合力和滾動軸承剛度表達式,并利用集中參數法建立了多級平行軸齒輪傳動系統(tǒng)動力學模型;然后,運用Runge-Kutta法對齒輪傳動系統(tǒng)動力學方程進行數值求解;最后,采用序列二次規(guī)劃法對齒輪系統(tǒng)進行參數優(yōu)化,并對其進行齒廓修形.數值計算結果表明,優(yōu)化后齒輪系統(tǒng)的動態(tài)特性在嚙合剛度、單齒載荷、動態(tài)嚙合力、動態(tài)傳動誤差和滾筒相對滑動速度方面都有提高,為解決膠印機高速印刷條件下動態(tài)特性不良問題開拓了一條新途徑.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the dynamic characteristics of offset press under the condition of high speed printing, the dynamic model of multi-stage parallel shaft gear transmission system was established and the dynamic optimization design was carried out in order to solve the dynamic problem of offset press gear transmission system. Firstly, the expressions of time-varying meshing stiffness, static transmission error, meshing damping, dynamic meshing force and rolling bearing stiffness of gear transmission system are described, and the dynamic model of multi-stage parallel shaft gear transmission system is established by means of lumped parameter method. Then, the dynamic equations of gear transmission system are solved numerically by Runge-Kutta method. Finally, the parameters of gear system are optimized by sequential quadratic programming method, and the tooth profile is modified. The numerical results show that the dynamic characteristics of the optimized gear system are improved in terms of meshing stiffness, single tooth load, dynamic meshing force, dynamic transmission error and relative sliding speed of the drum. In order to solve the problem of bad dynamic characteristics of offset press under high-speed printing conditions, a new way is developed.
