采用雙定子泵的多級恒功率調(diào)速系統(tǒng)回路特性分析與試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)恒功率調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)原理(轉(zhuǎn)速與轉(zhuǎn)矩的乘積必為定值)決定其無法滿足轉(zhuǎn)矩不變、輸出不同轉(zhuǎn)速的工況要求。為解決上述問題,采用雙定子泵對其進(jìn)行改進(jìn),對組成的多級恒功率調(diào)速系統(tǒng)性能與傳統(tǒng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了對比分析,并搭建試驗(yàn)臺進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)論證。結(jié)果表明,采用雙定子泵組成的多級恒功率調(diào)速系統(tǒng)既具有傳統(tǒng)系統(tǒng)適應(yīng)恒功率工況的特性,傳動效率可比普通定量泵系統(tǒng)提高7%,又能滿足多級恒功率負(fù)載的工況。在工況要求轉(zhuǎn)矩輸出恒定的前提下,若要求馬達(dá)輸出多級轉(zhuǎn)速,多級恒功率調(diào)速系統(tǒng)可以通過控制雙定子泵的工作方式以較少的功率滿足要求,而傳統(tǒng)恒功率調(diào)速系統(tǒng)則只能采用節(jié)流調(diào)速的方式溢流掉一部分流量來滿足要求,因此前者比后者減少了能量的損失。該研究既豐富了雙定子泵的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,也可為恒功率調(diào)速系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械并提高其工作效率提供參考。
[Abstract]:The regulation principle of traditional constant power speed regulation system (the product of rotational speed and torque must be constant) determines that it can not meet the requirements of torque invariant and output different rotational speed. In order to solve the above problems, the double-stator pump is adopted to improve the performance of the multi-stage constant power speed regulating system. The performance of the multi-stage constant power speed regulating system is compared with the traditional system, and the test bench is built to demonstrate the performance of the system. The results show that the multistage constant power speed regulating system with double stator pump has the characteristics of adapting to constant power condition of traditional system, and the transmission efficiency is improved by 7% than that of the ordinary quantitative pump system, and it can also satisfy the condition of multistage constant power load. Under the condition that the torque output is constant, if the motor is required to output multi-stage speed, the multi-stage constant power speed regulation system can meet the requirements with less power by controlling the working mode of double-stator pump. But the traditional constant power speed regulation system can only use throttling speed regulation way to overflow a part of the flow to meet the demand, so the former can reduce the energy loss than the latter. This research not only enriches the application field of double stator pump, but also provides a reference for the application of constant power speed regulation system in agricultural machinery and improving its working efficiency.
