機(jī)械固定結(jié)合面剛度特性建模與應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:機(jī)電裝備中機(jī)械結(jié)合面特性對整機(jī)性能影響很大。統(tǒng)計表明,整機(jī)剛度的40%~60%來源于結(jié)合面,因此,機(jī)電裝備研發(fā)中機(jī)械結(jié)合面剛度特性建模十分重要。本文在國家“高檔數(shù)控機(jī)床與基礎(chǔ)制造裝備”科技重大專項“高速立臥式加工中心”項目支持下,對機(jī)械固定結(jié)合面剛度特性建模方法進(jìn)行研究。主要研究工作包括: 首先系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了當(dāng)前有關(guān)機(jī)械結(jié)合面特性的研究工作,分析了國內(nèi)外不同研究方法的特點,針對已有研究工作的不足,確定了本文研究的方向和目標(biāo)。 本文結(jié)合G-W接觸模型的配對統(tǒng)計規(guī)律和M-B接觸模型的粗糙面分形特性,提出并建立了描述結(jié)合面幾何特性的模型。該模型在相同分形維數(shù)條件下,具有單重分形特性;不同分形維數(shù)條件下,具有雙重分形特性的特點。 接著,在結(jié)合面配對接觸幾何特征模型的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了微觸點的彈塑性變形規(guī)律和尺寸分布規(guī)律,提出了一種機(jī)械固定結(jié)合面配對接觸力學(xué)特征模型,該模型以解析形式給出結(jié)合面的法向接觸剛度和切向接觸剛度。為了便于數(shù)值分析應(yīng)用,采用應(yīng)變能法推導(dǎo)出了該模型的等效虛擬材料模型。 最后,運用三維建模平臺CATIA、SpaceClaim和有限元建模工具ABAQUS,考慮結(jié)合面剛度特性的影響,分別建立固定螺栓結(jié)合面樣件動力學(xué)模型和固定導(dǎo)軌結(jié)合面樣件動力學(xué)模型。通過實驗測試,驗證本文所提出相關(guān)模型的有效性。將本文提出的方法應(yīng)用于高速臥式加工中心HMC80的動態(tài)特性研究工作中,檢驗了本文所研究方法的適用性。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of mechanical bonding surface have great influence on the whole machine performance in electromechanical equipment. Statistics show that 40% of the stiffness of the whole machine comes from the bonding surface, so it is very important to model the stiffness characteristics of the mechanical joint in the research and development of mechanical and electrical equipment. In this paper, under the support of the National "High-grade NC Machine tool and basic Manufacturing equipment" Science and Technology Major Project "High Speed horizontal Machining Center", the modeling method of stiffness characteristics of mechanical fixed joint surface is studied. The main research work includes: Firstly, this paper systematically summarizes the current research work on the characteristics of mechanical joints, analyzes the characteristics of different research methods at home and abroad, and determines the direction and goal of this study in view of the shortcomings of the existing research work. Based on the pairing statistics of G-W contact model and the fractal characteristics of rough surface of M-B contact model, a model to describe the geometric properties of the contact surface is proposed and established in this paper. The model has single multifractal property under the same fractal dimension condition and double fractal characteristic under different fractal dimension condition. Then, on the basis of the contact geometry characteristic model, the elastic-plastic deformation law and the size distribution law of the microcontact are analyzed, and a mechanical contact mechanical characteristic model of the fixed contact surface is proposed. The normal contact stiffness and tangential contact stiffness of the combined plane are given in analytical form. In order to facilitate numerical analysis and application, the equivalent virtual material model is derived by strain energy method. Finally, using the three-dimensional modeling platform CATIAN SpaceClaim and finite element modeling tool Abaqus, considering the effect of the stiffness characteristics of the interface, the dynamic models of the fixed bolt joint surface and the fixed guide rail joint surface are established respectively. The experimental results show that the proposed model is effective. The method proposed in this paper is applied to the study of dynamic characteristics of HMC80 in high speed horizontal machining center, and the applicability of the method studied in this paper is tested.
