氣動執(zhí)行元件失效評估試驗方法研究

【摘要】:本文選擇SMC公司CJ2B10-50型氣缸作為研究對象,并以恒定應(yīng)力加速壽命試驗為例,開展氣動執(zhí)行元件失效評估試驗方法研究。本試驗所用氣缸缸徑為10mm,行程為50mm,并在SMC氣缸上施加0.05Kg的砝碼作為恒定載荷,通過PLC控制回路,確保氣缸穩(wěn)定工作在200mm/s的平均速度、3Hz的切換頻率下。在其要求的基本條件下分別用靜態(tài)測試回路和動態(tài)測試回路測試了氣缸的始動壓、泄漏量和行程時間,并記錄測試數(shù)據(jù)。 氣缸失效性評估方法的優(yōu)劣在于由該分析方法所得出的數(shù)據(jù),是否能真實而準(zhǔn)確的反映氣缸的性能指標(biāo),同時氣缸性能的評估主要通過泄漏量、始動壓力以及行程時間等參數(shù)來反映,所以對泄漏量、始動壓力以及行程時間等數(shù)據(jù)的測量計算又是整個方法評估中非常關(guān)鍵的一步。 記錄并整理數(shù)據(jù)后,參照ISO2007標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分析判斷9組氣缸是否失效和其對應(yīng)的失效模式。做出9組失效氣缸相同測試對象不同測試數(shù)據(jù)的縱向?qū)Ρ葓D,并對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行兩參數(shù)的Weibull分布假設(shè)檢驗,采用兩參數(shù)的Weibull分布函數(shù)模型對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析并估計出其形狀和尺度參數(shù),先對氣缸的可靠壽命進(jìn)行預(yù)估計然后用Matlab做出數(shù)據(jù)的威布爾概率分布曲線來對結(jié)果進(jìn)行檢驗。 對SMC氣缸的失效模式和效果進(jìn)行分析得知其主要的失效模式為可動部件的磨損,由此確定了加速應(yīng)力和故障判斷基準(zhǔn),并制定了恒定應(yīng)力加速壽命試驗譜。試驗結(jié)果說明該失效評估試驗方法切實可行,大大縮短了試驗時間,節(jié)省了資源。
[Abstract]:This paper chooses the CJ2B10-50 cylinder of SMC company as the research object, and takes the constant stress accelerated life test as an example to carry out the study on the failure evaluation test method of the pneumatic actuator. The cylinder bore of this test is 10mm, the stroke is 50mm, and the 0.05Kg weight of the SMC cylinder is used as a constant load, and the PLC control loop is used to ensure the cylinder. The steady work is at the average speed of 200mm/s and the switching frequency of 3Hz. Under the basic conditions required, the static test loop and the dynamic test loop are used to test the initial pressure of the cylinder, the leakage and the travel time, and record the test data.
The advantages and disadvantages of the failure assessment method of cylinder are whether the data obtained from the analysis method can reflect the performance index of the cylinder truly and accurately, and the performance evaluation of the cylinder is mainly reflected by the parameters of leakage, initial pressure and travel time, so the data of leakage, initial pressure and travel time are measured. Computation is a key step in the whole method evaluation.
After recording and sorting out the data, the 9 groups of cylinders are judged to be invalid and their corresponding failure modes are judged according to the ISO2007 standard. The longitudinal contrast diagram of the 9 groups of the same test objects for different test data is made, and the Weibull distribution hypothesis testing of the data is carried out with the two parameters, and the data is carried out by the Weibull distribution function model of the two parameter. The shape and scale parameters are analyzed and estimated. The reliability life of the cylinder is estimated first and the Weibull probability distribution curve of the data is made with Matlab to test the results.
The failure mode and effect of the SMC cylinder are analyzed. The main failure mode is the wear of the movable components, thus the acceleration stress and the fault judgement datum are determined, and the constant stress accelerated life test spectrum is formulated. The test results show that the failure evaluation test method is practical, greatly shortens the test time and saves the resources.
