計(jì)算機(jī)輔助創(chuàng)新技術(shù)驅(qū)動的產(chǎn)品概念設(shè)計(jì)與詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)集成研究

【摘要】:針對計(jì)算機(jī)輔助創(chuàng)新(Computer-aided innovation,CAI)技術(shù)提出的創(chuàng)新概念方案不能順利地輸出給CAD系統(tǒng)的問題,從分析具備產(chǎn)品的功能信息及結(jié)構(gòu)信息的CAD裝配結(jié)構(gòu)模型入手,通過建立產(chǎn)品裝配結(jié)構(gòu)的信息模型圖,分析并確定裝配模型存在的問題和沖突,然后應(yīng)用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助創(chuàng)新(CAI)技術(shù)驅(qū)動的知識工程(Knowledge based engineering,KBE)及語義處理技術(shù)集成的創(chuàng)新技術(shù)進(jìn)行解決,進(jìn)而驅(qū)動產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),創(chuàng)新性地解決裝配結(jié)構(gòu)中存在的問題,形成從構(gòu)思創(chuàng)新方案產(chǎn)生-形成知識-驅(qū)動結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的有機(jī)創(chuàng)新過程,初步實(shí)現(xiàn)了概念設(shè)計(jì)與詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)的集成。進(jìn)而建立了計(jì)算機(jī)輔助創(chuàng)新(CAI)技術(shù)驅(qū)動的產(chǎn)品概念設(shè)計(jì)和詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)的集成過程模型,通過無磨損蝶閥產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新案例驗(yàn)證了該模型的可行性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the innovative conceptual scheme proposed by Computer-aided Innovation (CAI) technology can not be exported to CAD system smoothly, this paper begins with the analysis of CAD assembly structure model with product function information and structure information. By establishing the information model diagram of product assembly structure, the problems and conflicts of assembly model are analyzed and determined. Then, the knowledge based engineering (KBE) technology driven by computer aided innovation (CAI) technology and the innovative technology of semantic processing technology integration are used to solve the problems existing in assembly structure, and then drive the product structure design and solve the problems existing in assembly structure innovatively. An organic innovation process is formed from the generation of innovative scheme to the formation of knowledge-driven structure design, and the integration of conceptual design and detailed design is preliminarily realized. Furthermore, an integrated process model of product conceptual design and detailed design driven by computer aided innovation (CAI) technology is established. The feasibility of the model is verified by an innovative case of non-wear butterfly valve products.
