DX型系列帶式輸送機總圖的參數(shù)化設(shè)計

【摘要】:DX型鋼繩芯帶式輸送機是一種高強度帶式輸送機,具有運量大、輸送距離長、性能可靠、壽命長等優(yōu)點,廣泛應(yīng)用于礦山、冶金、港口、碼頭等行業(yè)。隨著經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展和工業(yè)技術(shù)的不斷提高,鋼繩芯帶式輸送機逐漸成為一種重要的運輸機械。 鋼繩芯帶式輸送機的廣泛應(yīng)用,對其繪圖的要求進一步提高,早期的繪圖是由人工繪制,逐漸發(fā)展成為由人工操作進行計算機繪制,二者的缺點在于繪圖周期較長、工作效率不高,且工作量大,已經(jīng)不適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代發(fā)展趨勢,必須要以高效的繪圖方法代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)繪圖,來滿足企業(yè)的需求。 本課題是對DX型鋼繩芯帶式輸送機參數(shù)化繪圖的研究,是對前期DX型鋼繩芯帶式輸送機設(shè)計計算與選型程序的延續(xù)。 本文在對系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計上,采用了模塊化的設(shè)計思想,具有清晰的設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu),主要分為數(shù)據(jù)庫模塊和繪圖模塊,在每個大型模塊由不同功能的小型模塊組成。數(shù)據(jù)庫模塊主要記錄帶式輸送機各個零部件的尺寸數(shù)據(jù),方便數(shù)據(jù)的存儲和繪圖時的讀;繪圖模塊主要對設(shè)計方案的讀取,進行方案分析,圖形模塊的繪制,并以實際需要進行模塊的選擇和組合。 系統(tǒng)結(jié)合參數(shù)化繪圖技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),以Visual Basic 6.0為編程語言,利用Microsoft Access建立零部件尺寸數(shù)據(jù)庫,并以VBA二次開發(fā)工具對AutoCAD基礎(chǔ)平臺進行二次開發(fā),對整個圖紙進行模塊劃分,以編程語言進行程序設(shè)計,以實現(xiàn)各自模塊的圖形繪制,并對模塊進行組合,最終在AutoCAD上實現(xiàn)DX型鋼繩芯帶式輸送機的總圖的繪制,完成對其參數(shù)化繪圖程序的設(shè)計,這套程序可以在短時間內(nèi)完成圖紙的繪制。 本系統(tǒng)涉及到近30種不同工況設(shè)計方案的參數(shù)化繪圖程序的編制,此外要建立龐大的零部件尺寸數(shù)據(jù)庫,以便于參數(shù)化繪圖程序獲取零部件的繪圖參數(shù)。 這套系統(tǒng)不僅能夠提高DX型鋼繩芯帶式輸送機的繪圖質(zhì)量、增強可靠性、縮短繪圖時間,而且能降低設(shè)計人員的勞動強度,提高繪圖效率,給DX型鋼繩芯帶式輸送機的生產(chǎn)企業(yè)能夠帶來可觀的經(jīng)濟效益。
[Abstract]:DX steel rope core belt conveyor is a kind of high strength belt conveyor, which has the advantages of large capacity, long transportation distance, reliable performance, long life and so on. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, port, wharf and so on. With the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of industrial technology, the steel rope belt conveyor has gradually become an important transport machinery. With the wide application of steel rope belt conveyor, the requirement of drawing is raised further. The early drawing is drawn manually, and gradually developed into computer drawing by manual operation. The drawback of both is that the drawing period is long. The work efficiency is not high and the workload is large, so it is not suitable for the modern development trend. The traditional drawing must be replaced by the efficient drawing method to meet the needs of the enterprise. This subject is a study on the parametric drawing of DX type steel rope core belt conveyor. It is a continuation of the design calculation and selection program of DX type steel rope core belt conveyor in the early stage. In the design of the system, this paper adopts the modular design idea, has a clear design structure, mainly divided into database module and drawing module, each large module is composed of small modules with different functions. The database module mainly records the dimension data of each part of the belt conveyor, facilitates the data storage and the reading when drawing, the drawing module mainly reads the design scheme, carries on the scheme analysis, the drawing module draws, And to the actual needs of the selection and combination of modules. Based on parameterized drawing technology and Visual Basic 6.0 as programming language, the system establishes the component dimension database by using Microsoft Access, and redevelops the AutoCAD basic platform with the VBA secondary development tool, and divides the whole drawing into modules. The programming language is used to design the program to realize the drawing of each module, and the module is combined. Finally, the drawing of the general drawing of the DX type steel rope core belt conveyor is realized on the AutoCAD, and the parametric drawing program is designed. This set of procedures can complete the drawing in a short time. The system involves the programming of parameterized drawing of nearly 30 different design schemes under different working conditions. In addition, a huge database of parts size should be established to obtain drawing parameters of parts by parameterized drawing program. This system can not only improve the drawing quality, enhance the reliability, shorten the drawing time, but also reduce the labor intensity of the designer and improve the drawing efficiency. The production enterprise of DX type steel rope core belt conveyor can bring considerable economic benefits.
