中聯(lián)重科實施精益生產的研究

【摘要】:精益生產由日本豐田公司在實際生產中創(chuàng)立并不斷完善,后經由美國人總結、系統(tǒng)化、理論化并將之公開以來,迅速風靡世界。各國理論界、實業(yè)界爭相研究和實踐。原因無它,就因為精益生產是繼手工生產、大規(guī)模生產之后的第三類革命性的生產方式。我國早在20世紀80年代初,就由官方以交流的名義作為現(xiàn)代管理方法予以引進,并率先在長春一汽實施,成效顯著。自此,各研究機構、咨詢機構和實業(yè)界,都迅速行動,為精益生產在我國的研究和推廣作出了巨大貢獻。 本文從精益生產的起源、發(fā)展以及相應理論的演進入手,介紹了當前精益生產理論體系構成以及國內外精益生產研究的現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢、精益生產的特點以及精益生產與實施企業(yè)的內、外環(huán)境的相互關聯(lián)性,借以說明企業(yè)實施精益生產必須將精益生產理論與自身實際情況相結合。 然后本文對長沙中聯(lián)重工科技發(fā)展股份有限公司實施精益生產的實例進行詳細介紹與分析。首先對中聯(lián)重科進行了簡要介紹,包括其所在的工程機械行業(yè)的國際、國內特點、行業(yè)品牌和技術特點及發(fā)展趨勢;中聯(lián)重科組織機構、產品特性、市場環(huán)境、管理特點以及企業(yè)文化;中聯(lián)重科所存在的主要問題等。之后對其實施精益生產進行了介紹與分析,包括已有基礎、前期準備、實施過程、取得的成果。進而對中聯(lián)重科實施精益生產的成功經驗、存在問題及解決方法進行了分析與總結。 本文最后對精益生產相關問題進行了總結和展望,以期為其它企業(yè)實施精益生產提供一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:Lean production was founded and perfected by Toyota Company of Japan in actual production, which was summed up, systematized, theorized and made public by Americans, and has quickly become popular all over the world. Theorists and industrialists from all over the world are scrambling to study and practice. The reason is that lean production is the third type of revolutionary production after manual production and mass production. As early as the early 1980s, China was introduced as a modern management method by officials in the name of exchange, and was the first to implement it in Changchun FAW, with remarkable results. Since then, research institutions, consulting organizations and industry have all acted quickly and made great contributions to the research and promotion of lean production in our country. Starting with the origin, development and evolution of lean production theory, this paper introduces the current structure of lean production theory system and the present situation and development trend of lean production research at home and abroad. The characteristics of lean production and the interrelation between internal and external environment of lean production and implementation of enterprises, so as to explain that enterprises must combine lean production theory with their own actual situation in order to implement lean production. Then this paper introduces and analyzes the practice of lean production in Changsha Zhonglian heavy Industry Technology Development Co., Ltd. First of all, it briefly introduces the international and domestic characteristics of the construction machinery industry, the brand and technical characteristics of the industry and the development trend, the organization, the product characteristics, the market environment, and so on. Management characteristics and corporate culture, the main problems of LianLiangke and so on. Then the implementation of lean production is introduced and analyzed, including the existing foundation, early preparation, implementation process, and the results achieved. Furthermore, the successful experience, problems and solutions of lean production in Zoomlion are analyzed and summarized. Finally, this paper summarizes and prospects the related problems of lean production, in order to provide some reference for other enterprises to implement lean production.
