基于MES的離散制造車間生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)分析

【摘要】:隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展和完善,離散制造車間由傳統(tǒng)的成本中心轉(zhuǎn)化為了企業(yè)的利潤中心,車間管理也逐漸由粗放化轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榫?xì)化管理,MES的應(yīng)用無疑可以很好地輔助離散制造車間實現(xiàn)這一轉(zhuǎn)變。但目前國內(nèi)MES在離散制造業(yè)的應(yīng)用還不夠成熟與理想,除了離散制造業(yè)本身的生產(chǎn)組織特點造成MES的應(yīng)用困難這一原因外,MES的對象范圍不明確也是主要原因之一。本論文認(rèn)為MES的概念是軟件產(chǎn)品,解決的是應(yīng)用問題,離散型MES的開發(fā)應(yīng)用應(yīng)該建立在對應(yīng)用對象——離散制造車間的研究基礎(chǔ)上。以此為研究的切入點,本論文按照由理論分析到實際應(yīng)用的主線,先對MES、離散制造車間做了詳細(xì)的探討研究,隨后以對離散制造車間管理有切實幫助的績效評價環(huán)節(jié)為例,作了MES在離散制造車間的應(yīng)用研究。 全文在總結(jié)歸納了課題的研究背景、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了本論文的研究內(nèi)容和路線;介紹了企業(yè)集成體系結(jié)構(gòu)以及MES-11功能模型和ISA-95標(biāo)準(zhǔn),總結(jié)了MES在離散制造業(yè)的應(yīng)用特點;通過系統(tǒng)分析離散制造車間,建立了結(jié)構(gòu)、功能、環(huán)境、過程四個分析模型,設(shè)計了離散型MES的功能邊界;隨后著重分析離散制造車間的績效評價問題,建立了關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)模型,旨在為下一步的實現(xiàn)工作做鋪墊;在論文最后,利用SAP BusinessObjects平臺制作了人員信息報表、設(shè)備信息報表、半制品信息報表、生產(chǎn)加工信息報表和質(zhì)量信息報表,并實現(xiàn)了績效評價系統(tǒng)的運行驗證。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and perfection of the market economy, the discrete manufacturing workshop is transformed from the traditional cost center to the profit center of the enterprise. The application of shop floor management has gradually changed from extensive management to fine management. The application of mes can undoubtedly assist discrete manufacturing workshop to realize this change. But at present, the application of MES in discrete manufacturing is not mature and ideal. Apart from the difficulty in the application of MES caused by the production organization characteristics of discrete manufacturing, the scope of MES is not clear and the scope of mes is also one of the main reasons. In this paper, the concept of MES is a software product, and the application problem is solved. The development and application of discrete MES should be based on the research of discrete manufacturing workshop. As a starting point, according to the main line from theoretical analysis to practical application, this paper first makes a detailed study on mes, discrete manufacturing workshop, and then takes the performance evaluation of discrete manufacturing workshop management as an example. The application of MES in discrete manufacturing workshop is studied. On the basis of summarizing the research background and the current research situation at home and abroad, the thesis puts forward the research content and route of this paper, introduces the enterprise integration architecture, MES-11 function model and ISA-95 standard. The application characteristics of MES in discrete manufacturing industry are summarized, and the function boundary of discrete MES is designed by systematically analyzing discrete manufacturing workshop, establishing four analysis models of structure, function, environment and process. Then the performance evaluation problem of discrete manufacturing workshop is analyzed, and the key performance index model is established to pave the way for the next step. At the end of the paper, the personnel information report and the equipment information report are made by using SAP BusinessObjects platform. Half product information report, production and processing information report and quality information report, and the implementation of the performance evaluation system operation verification.
