【摘要】:隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和制造業(yè)的融合,傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)有了質(zhì)的飛躍。制造業(yè)的全球化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化促使了企業(yè)間的跨地域合作。網(wǎng)絡(luò)化協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)為異地設(shè)計(jì)人員提供了一個(gè)協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)的平臺(tái),從而縮短了產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)周期,減少了設(shè)計(jì)成本,提高了產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)效率。通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì),企業(yè)可以提升自身的快速響應(yīng)能力和創(chuàng)新能力,提高自身的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 異地異構(gòu)CAD數(shù)據(jù)之間的轉(zhuǎn)換成為協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)展急需解決的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題之一。STEP(ISO10303)即產(chǎn)品模型數(shù)據(jù)交換標(biāo)準(zhǔn),是一個(gè)描述怎樣表達(dá)和交換數(shù)字化產(chǎn)品信息的ISO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。STEP提供一種不依賴于具體系統(tǒng)的中性機(jī)制來(lái)描述產(chǎn)品全生命周期中的產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)信息。STEP中性文件的可讀性差,文件數(shù)據(jù)量大,不利于網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸和發(fā)布。XML具有良好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)適應(yīng)性和傳輸優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文研究了網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)的服務(wù)功能,,利用分布式協(xié)同技術(shù)搭建網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)門戶系統(tǒng),并在此基礎(chǔ)上開(kāi)發(fā)了STEP/XML數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了STEP數(shù)據(jù)到XML數(shù)據(jù)的轉(zhuǎn)換及其逆向轉(zhuǎn)換,從而完成協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)成員間異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)交換。 本文基于STEP AP203協(xié)議,對(duì)STEP中性文件建模語(yǔ)言EXPRESS和XML之間的映射關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究。通過(guò)對(duì)STEP中性文件實(shí)體數(shù)據(jù)的提取,根據(jù)EXPRESS和XML之間的映射關(guān)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)STEP文件向XML文件的轉(zhuǎn)換。根據(jù)STEP AP203建立相對(duì)應(yīng)的XML Schema模式,該模式對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)換后的XML文件的有效性進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,然后對(duì)其進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的傳輸和發(fā)布。通過(guò)XML DOM解析器,解析出XML文件中以STEP實(shí)體、屬性為結(jié)點(diǎn)的結(jié)點(diǎn)樹。DOM結(jié)點(diǎn)樹中的信息再通過(guò)賦值生成STEP中性文件,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)STEP文件到XML文件的逆向轉(zhuǎn)換。課題的研究為今后網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)探索了新途徑,其研究?jī)?nèi)容具有一定的理論及實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the integration of network technology and manufacturing industry, the traditional manufacturing industry has made a qualitative leap. The globalization of manufacturing industry and networking promote the cross-regional cooperation among enterprises. Networked collaborative design (NCD) provides a platform for collaborative design for remote designers, which shortens the design cycle, reduces the design cost and improves the efficiency of product design. Through network collaborative design, enterprises can improve their ability of rapid response and innovation, and improve their market competitiveness. The conversion between heterogeneous CAD data becomes one of the key problems that need to be solved in the development of collaborative design. STEPISO10303) is the standard of product model data exchange. Step is a ISO standard that describes how to express and exchange digital product information. Step provides a neutral mechanism that does not depend on a specific system to describe product data information. Step neutral files throughout the life cycle of products have poor readability and large amount of file data. It is not conducive to network transmission and publishing. XML has good network adaptability and transmission advantages. In this paper, the service function of network collaborative design is studied, and the portal system of network collaborative design platform is built by using distributed collaborative technology. On this basis, the STEP/XML data conversion system is developed. The conversion of STEP data to XML data and its reverse conversion are realized, so that the heterogeneous data exchange among the members of collaborative design is completed. Based on STEP AP203 protocol, the mapping relationship between STEP neutral file modeling language EXPRESS and XML is studied in this paper. By extracting the entity data of STEP neutral file, according to the mapping relationship between EXPRESS and XML, the conversion from STEP file to XML file is realized. According to the STEP AP203, the corresponding XML Schema mode is established, which verifies the validity of the transformed XML files, and then transmits and publishes them on the network. Through the XML DOM parser, the information in the node tree. Dom node tree with STEP entity and attribute as the node in the XML file is parsed, and then the STEP neutral file is generated by assignment, which realizes the reverse transformation from the STEP file to the XML file. The research provides a new way for network collaborative design technology in the future, and its research content has certain theoretical and practical application value.
