活門組件液壓試驗(yàn)器及工件入口液體恒溫控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:活門組件綜合試驗(yàn)器(以下簡稱試驗(yàn)器)是專門為檢測飛機(jī)活門組件和獨(dú)立活門的性能指標(biāo)而開發(fā)的一種新型試驗(yàn)設(shè)備,,針對試驗(yàn)器的基本技術(shù)要求,給出了該試驗(yàn)器液壓控制系統(tǒng)原理圖、電氣控制系統(tǒng)硬件組成框圖及軟件系統(tǒng)的工作流程圖,并著重就開發(fā)中所遇到的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了較詳細(xì)的介紹,同時驗(yàn)證的設(shè)計(jì)方案的正確性。 本文主要進(jìn)行了如下一些研究工作: (1)闡述了該綜合試驗(yàn)器的主要功用,簡要說明了試驗(yàn)器在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀并分析了試驗(yàn)器發(fā)展的必要性。 (2)介紹了獨(dú)立活門和活門組件在飛機(jī)發(fā)動機(jī)中的重要作用和價值,并詳細(xì)描述了試驗(yàn)器液壓系統(tǒng)、測控系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理。 (3)確定了試驗(yàn)器溫度控制系統(tǒng)各部件的數(shù)學(xué)模型,建立了溫控系統(tǒng)的計(jì)算機(jī)仿真模型。用Simulink仿真軟件對溫度控制系統(tǒng)的方案進(jìn)行仿真,驗(yàn)證了溫度系統(tǒng)控制方案的不足并加以改進(jìn),確定了最終的溫度系統(tǒng)控制方案。 (4)對該綜合試驗(yàn)器溫度控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了深入的研究和細(xì)致的分析,結(jié)合溫度控制方法及溫控系統(tǒng)數(shù)學(xué)模型提出了一套溫度控制系統(tǒng)的方案,并將溫度控制過程部分利用Simulink仿真工具箱進(jìn)行了仿真。通過仿真驗(yàn)證,該溫度控制系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)控制精度達(dá)±2℃,完全滿足了試驗(yàn)器對溫度控制的要求并具有較高的可靠性。 研究表明:飛機(jī)發(fā)動機(jī)活門組件和獨(dú)立活門由于其結(jié)構(gòu)、特性等的復(fù)雜度,需要對其流經(jīng)介質(zhì)的溫度有著較為苛刻的要求,利用計(jì)算機(jī)仿真的方法可以有效地對其進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,仿真結(jié)果證明這種溫度控制系統(tǒng)方案是一種簡單有效的溫度控制方案,可以在相關(guān)控制領(lǐng)域得到更多、更有效的應(yīng)用。這對同類相關(guān)溫度控制研究上具有一定的實(shí)際應(yīng)用意義和參考價值。
[Abstract]:The valve assembly comprehensive tester (hereinafter referred to as "the tester") is a new type of test equipment specially developed for testing the performance index of the aircraft valve assembly and the independent valve, aiming at the basic technical requirements of the tester, The schematic diagram of the hydraulic control system of the tester, the hardware block diagram of the electrical control system and the working flow chart of the software system are given, and the key points and difficulties encountered in the development are introduced in detail. At the same time verify the correctness of the design scheme. The main work of this paper is as follows: In this paper, the main functions of the comprehensive tester are expounded, the development status of the tester at home and abroad is briefly explained and the necessity of the development of the tester is analyzed. This paper introduces the important role and value of independent valve and valve assembly in aircraft engine, and describes in detail the hydraulic system of the tester, the structure and working principle of the measurement and control system. The mathematical model of each component of the temperature control system of the tester is determined, and the computer simulation model of the temperature control system is established. The scheme of temperature control system is simulated with Simulink software. The shortcomings of the control scheme of temperature system are verified and improved, and the final control scheme of temperature system is determined. 4) the temperature control system of the synthetic tester is studied and analyzed in detail, and a set of temperature control system scheme is put forward in combination with the temperature control method and the mathematical model of the temperature control system. The temperature control process is simulated by Simulink simulation toolbox. The simulation results show that the temperature control system can achieve a control accuracy of 鹵2 鈩
