【摘要】：本課題研制設(shè)計的三型內(nèi)嚙合齒輪馬達(dá)是一種新型的可變量、低脈動的液壓馬達(dá)。本課題來源于安徽省教育廳自然基金重點(diǎn)項目：《新型內(nèi)嚙合齒輪馬達(dá)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究》(KJ2011A094)。 三型內(nèi)嚙合齒輪馬達(dá)的扭矩脈動僅僅是普通內(nèi)嚙合齒輪馬達(dá)的1/9,從而大大降低系統(tǒng)的噪音污染；該齒輪馬達(dá)通過改變齒輪接觸時的齒寬而實現(xiàn)了變量,大大擴(kuò)展了齒輪馬達(dá)的應(yīng)用范圍。 本文首先分析了三型內(nèi)嚙合齒輪馬達(dá)的瞬時扭矩特性,并對其進(jìn)行仿真,將分析的結(jié)果與普通齒輪內(nèi)嚙合齒輪馬達(dá)進(jìn)行比較。 其次建立了三型內(nèi)嚙合齒輪馬達(dá)的仿真模型,并利用有限元分析軟件對三型內(nèi)嚙合齒輪馬達(dá)的端面泄漏和徑向泄漏分別進(jìn)行流場仿真分析,并得到壓差為2MPa時,不同的端面間隙、徑向間隙與泄漏流量的關(guān)系,接著對三型內(nèi)嚙合齒輪馬達(dá)進(jìn)行了模態(tài)分析和靜力分析,最終得出齒輪馬達(dá)適用的頻率范圍和安全系數(shù)。 接著以體積和瞬時扭矩脈動最小的為目標(biāo)函數(shù),建立了三型內(nèi)嚙合齒輪馬達(dá)的優(yōu)化數(shù)學(xué)模型,并利用MATLAB的優(yōu)化工具箱得出了最終的優(yōu)化結(jié)果。 最后設(shè)計了三型內(nèi)嚙合齒輪馬達(dá)的變量機(jī)構(gòu),對主要的零部件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:The three type internal meshing gear motor developed by this project is a new type of variable, low pulsating hydraulic motor. This topic comes from the key project of the natural fund of the Anhui Provincial Education Department: "the key technology of the new internal meshing gear motor" (KJ2011A094).
The torque ripple of the three type inner meshing gear motor is only the 1/9 of the ordinary inner meshing gear motor, which greatly reduces the noise pollution of the system. The gear motor realizes the variable by changing the tooth width of the gear contact, and greatly expands the application range of the gear motor.
In this paper, the instantaneous torque characteristic of the three type internal meshing gear motor is analyzed, and the simulation is carried out. The results are compared with the ordinary gear internal gear motor.
Secondly, the simulation model of three type internal meshing gear motor is established, and the finite element analysis software is used to simulate the flow field of the end surface leakage and radial leakage of the three type inner meshing gear motor, and the relationship between the different end surface clearance, the radial clearance and the leakage flow is obtained when the pressure difference is 2MPa, and then the three type internal meshing gear horse is made. Modal analysis and static analysis were carried out, and the frequency range and safety factor of gear motor were finally obtained.
Then the optimization mathematical model of the three type internal meshing gear motor is established with the minimum volume and instantaneous torque ripple as the objective function, and the final optimization results are obtained by using the optimization toolbox of MATLAB.
Finally, the variable mechanism of the three type internal meshing gear motor is designed, and the main parts are designed.
