可獨(dú)立調(diào)節(jié)的四通電液比例插裝集成單元及其應(yīng)用

【摘要】:液壓控制回路有雙負(fù)載腔聯(lián)動(dòng)式控制、單負(fù)載腔聯(lián)動(dòng)式控制和單負(fù)載腔獨(dú)立式控制三種方式。單負(fù)載腔獨(dú)立式控制回路遵循了一個(gè)基本的組合原則:最少液阻原則。可以概括為:在采用通過調(diào)整液流阻力進(jìn)行流量控制的“控制液壓傳動(dòng)”中,全部可控執(zhí)行器的“受控腔”控制回路都可以通過最少或較少的液阻來加以組成。這應(yīng)當(dāng)成為評(píng)價(jià)液壓控制回路和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)合理性的基本原則之一。單負(fù)載腔獨(dú)立式控制回路的基本控制元件是二通插裝閥。 由于比例控制技術(shù)、伺服控制技術(shù)及數(shù)字控制技術(shù)等與二通插裝技術(shù)相結(jié)合,二通插裝閥的性能得到了很大的提高,但現(xiàn)有市售的國內(nèi)外二通插裝閥產(chǎn)品,安裝孔符合IS07368標(biāo)準(zhǔn),主要應(yīng)用于大中功率或稱為高壓大流量的液壓傳動(dòng)與控制中。實(shí)際上,二通插裝閥還具有在中小功率液壓控制中被大量應(yīng)用,尤其是在采用集成化連接時(shí)被大量采用的很大潛力和空間。其技術(shù)關(guān)鍵在于急需對(duì)現(xiàn)有的二通插裝閥市售產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行規(guī)模性和整體性的重組和結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新。為此,上海人豪液壓集成開發(fā)室總設(shè)計(jì)師黃人豪先生提出了MINISO型二通插裝閥,包括小型化和小規(guī)格的先導(dǎo)控制閥、組合式法蘭控制蓋板、小型化主級(jí)及其模塊化組合等主要內(nèi)容。 通過學(xué)習(xí)MINISO標(biāo)準(zhǔn),論文設(shè)計(jì)了16通徑的MINISO型位移—力反饋比例節(jié)流閥、MINISO型位移—力反饋單向比例節(jié)流閥和MINISO型間接檢測(cè)式比例壓力閥。文中分析了每個(gè)MINISO閥的基本結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理和設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算;其后,建立每個(gè)MINISO閥的數(shù)學(xué)模型,利用專業(yè)的液壓仿真軟件AMESim對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化;優(yōu)化后,使用SolidWorks軟件設(shè)計(jì)MINISO閥的三維視圖,使用AutoCAD軟件繪制零件圖和裝配圖,然后制定工藝并送廠加工;加工和裝配完成后,對(duì)MINISO型比例節(jié)流閥和比例壓力閥進(jìn)行了性能測(cè)試試驗(yàn),包括動(dòng)態(tài)和靜態(tài)試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了MINISO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的可行性。 最后設(shè)計(jì)了基于MINISO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的四通集成塊,與兩個(gè)單向比例節(jié)流閥和兩個(gè)比例壓力閥構(gòu)成可獨(dú)立調(diào)節(jié)的四通電液比例插裝集成單元,對(duì)挖掘機(jī)動(dòng)臂油缸進(jìn)行單負(fù)載腔的獨(dú)立式控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)了在主泵卸荷卸流的情況下,動(dòng)臂下降過程中的負(fù)負(fù)載流量再生。
[Abstract]:There are three types of hydraulic control loop: dual load cavity linkage control, single load cavity linkage control and single load cavity independent control.The single-load cavity independent control loop follows a basic combination principle: the principle of minimum liquid resistance.It can be concluded that in the "controlled hydraulic transmission" which is controlled by adjusting the flow resistance, the "controlled cavity" control loop of all controllable actuators can be made up of the least or less liquid resistance.This should be one of the basic principles for evaluating the rationality of hydraulic control circuit and system design.The basic control element of single-load cavity independent control loop is two-way cartridge valve.Because of the combination of proportional control technology, servo control technology and digital control technology, the performance of two-way cartridge valve has been greatly improved. However, the installation hole of domestic and foreign two-way cartridge valve products is in line with IS07368 standard.Mainly used in large and medium power or called high pressure and large flow hydraulic transmission and control.In fact, the two-way cartridge valve also has the great potential and space to be widely used in medium and small power hydraulic control, especially in the use of integrated connection.The technical key lies in the urgent need to restructure and innovate the existing two-way cartridge valve market products on a scale and integrity basis.For this reason, Mr. Huang Renhao, chief designer of Shanghai Renhao hydraulic Integrated Development Room, has proposed MINISO two-way cartridge valves, including miniaturized and small-size pilot control valves, combined flange control covers,Miniaturization of the principal stage and its modular combination and other main contents.By studying the MINISO standard, the paper designs MINISO displacement force feedback proportional throttle valve with 16 diameter and MINISO indirect detection proportional pressure valve with displacement-force feedback one-way proportional throttle valve.In this paper, the basic structure, working principle and design calculation of each MINISO valve are analyzed. Then, the mathematical model of each MINISO valve is established, and the design parameters are optimized by using the professional hydraulic simulation software AMESim.Using SolidWorks software to design 3D view of MINISO valve, using AutoCAD software to draw part drawing and assembly drawing, and then working out the process and sending it to the factory for processing. After processing and assembling, the performance tests of MINISO proportional throttle valve and proportional pressure valve are carried out.The feasibility of MINISO standard is verified by both dynamic and static tests.Finally, a four-way integrated block based on MINISO standard is designed, which is composed of two unidirectional proportional throttle valves and two proportional pressure valves. The four-way electro-hydraulic proportional interpolation and integration unit can be adjusted independently, and the single load cavity of the excavator arm oil cylinder is controlled independently.Under the condition of the main pump unloading and unloading, the negative carrier flow regeneration is realized during the falling of the arm.
