【摘要】:新型Hy-Vo齒形鏈作為機械傳動領域中的一種復雜高端產(chǎn)品系列,是在跨越了常規(guī)鏈傳動技術的基礎上所形成的學科與行業(yè)的前沿研究領域,特別是在高速、重載、低噪聲、大中心距的工況下,由于具有變節(jié)距和內(nèi)外復合嚙合的雙重效應,因而其傳動性能優(yōu)于同步帶傳動、齒輪傳動以及滾子鏈傳動,已成為眾多主機廠家首選動力傳動形式之一。 本文在國家高技術研究發(fā)展計劃(863計劃)《基于復雜多元變異的Hy-Vo鏈數(shù)字化設計方法研究及平臺開發(fā)》項目(2009AA04Z109)的支持下,針對某款新型Hy-Vo齒形鏈系統(tǒng)進行剛?cè)狁詈辖佑|動力學的深入研究,并開展噪聲特性和磨損特性的試驗研究。 論文首先著重說明了新型Hy-Vo齒形鏈傳動的應用前景及研究意義,指出了目前齒形鏈研究存在的若干問題,綜述了齒形鏈傳動方向的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,介紹了多體動力學及剛?cè)狁詈蟿恿W的發(fā)展歷史及現(xiàn)狀和相關理論及算法。 本文利用多體動力學和現(xiàn)代接觸動力學方法,建立了新型Hy-Vo齒形鏈傳動的接觸動力學仿真模型,真實地模擬分析了新型Hy-Vo齒形鏈在傳動過程中各鏈板與鏈輪、鏈板與銷軸、銷軸與銷軸之間的接觸力的變化規(guī)律。利用剛?cè)狁詈蟿恿W技術,分析了柔性鏈板和柔性銷軸的動態(tài)接觸應力變化規(guī)律,找到了內(nèi)外復合嚙合機制鏈板的齒廓內(nèi)側(cè)和齒廓外側(cè)分別與鏈輪嚙合的接觸區(qū)域隨時間變化的規(guī)律,進而分析了鏈板齒廓內(nèi)側(cè)和齒廓外側(cè)與鏈輪嚙合的銜接過程。 論文在自主開發(fā)的自動變速、自動加載的鏈條噪聲測試試驗臺上進行了Hy-Vo齒形鏈傳動噪聲試驗。利用AWA6290A實時噪聲分析儀分別研究了不同轉(zhuǎn)速條件下鏈傳動的噪聲頻譜特性。在封閉力流式高速磨損試驗臺上進行了鏈條磨損試驗,得出了鏈條的磨損伸長量及磨損伸長率曲線,觀察并分析了鏈板及銷軸表面的磨損形貌。 本文中的剛?cè)狁詈辖佑|動力學分析方法對其他鏈傳動的接觸分析、齒輪副的接觸分析、鏈式無級變速器的分析具有重要的借鑒意義和參考價值。論文中研究的新型Hy-Vo齒形鏈目前已經(jīng)應用到汽輪機、高精磨床、汽車變速箱等機器設備的動力傳動裝置上。本文的研究成果具有重要的學術價值與工程實用意義。
[Abstract]:As a complex and high-end product series in the field of mechanical transmission, a new type of Hy-Vo tooth chain is a frontier research field of disciplines and industries formed on the basis of conventional chain transmission technology, especially in high speed, heavy load and low noise.Under the condition of large center distance, because of the double effect of variable pitch and internal and external composite meshing, its transmission performance is superior to synchronous belt transmission, gear transmission and roller chain transmission, which has become one of the preferred power transmission forms for many host manufacturers.This paper is supported by the National High Technology Research and Development Program, "Research and platform Development of Hy-Vo chain digitized Design based on complex Multivariate variation" project (2009AA04Z109).The rigid-flexible coupling contact dynamics of a new type of Hy-Vo toothed chain system is studied, and the noise and wear characteristics of the system are studied experimentally.In this paper, the application prospect and research significance of new type Hy-Vo tooth chain drive are described, and some problems in the research of tooth chain are pointed out, and the research status of tooth chain drive direction at home and abroad is summarized.In this paper, the development history and present situation of multibody dynamics and rigid-flexible coupling dynamics are introduced, and the relevant theories and algorithms are also introduced.In this paper, the contact dynamics simulation model of a new type of Hy-Vo toothed chain transmission is established by means of multi-body dynamics and modern contact dynamics, and the real simulation analysis of each chain plate and sprocket, chain plate and pin shaft of the new Hy-Vo tooth chain in the course of transmission is carried out.The change of contact force between pin shaft and pin shaft.The dynamic contact stress changes of flexible chain plate and flexible pin shaft are analyzed by using rigid-flexible coupling dynamics technique.The relationship between the inner tooth profile and the outer tooth profile of the chain plate and the contact region between the inner tooth profile and the sprocket are found, and the connection process between the inner tooth profile and the outer tooth profile of the chain plate and the sprocket engagement is analyzed.In this paper, the Hy-Vo tooth chain transmission noise test is carried out on the chain noise test rig with automatic speed change and automatic loading developed by ourselves.The noise spectrum characteristics of chain drive under different rotational speeds were studied by AWA6290A real-time noise analyzer.Chain wear tests were carried out on a closed force flow high speed wear test rig. The wear elongation and wear elongation curves of the chain were obtained. The wear morphology of the chain plate and the surface of the pin shaft was observed and analyzed.The rigid-flexible coupling contact dynamics analysis method in this paper has important reference significance and reference value for the contact analysis of other chain transmission, the contact analysis of gear pair and the analysis of chain stepless transmission.The new Hy-Vo tooth chain studied in this paper has been applied to the power transmission of steam turbine, high precision grinder, automobile gearbox and so on.The research results of this paper have important academic value and engineering practical significance.
