基于瞬態(tài)接觸的齒輪溫度場研究

【摘要】:齒輪是重要的基礎(chǔ)機械元件,在機械傳動中占有主導(dǎo)地位,齒面摩擦力造成的影響有:降低齒輪的傳動效率,加快齒輪的破壞(膠合、點蝕),造成齒輪的系統(tǒng)振動和噪聲。齒輪的摩擦是造成傳動效率下降的主要原因,特別是在重載荷、高速、大功率的齒輪傳動中。 本文基于齒輪嚙合原理,齒輪動力學(xué),摩擦學(xué)和傳熱學(xué),用Pro/E軟件建立三維模型,并用有限元軟件對模型進行分析,本文主要內(nèi)容有 (1)用Pro/E軟件建立了漸開線圓柱直齒輪模型,用ANSYS軟件對模型進行靜力分析,并與經(jīng)典的赫茲接觸理論進行對比。 (2)計算了齒輪裝配體自由狀態(tài)下的模態(tài)分析與預(yù)應(yīng)力狀態(tài)下的模態(tài)分析,并用齒輪瞬態(tài)沖擊扭振來驗證計算結(jié)果,提出了聯(lián)合經(jīng)典的動力學(xué)模型求解齒輪系統(tǒng)的真實的振動頻率,并研究了齒輪剛度的非線性。 (3)采用了新的計算模型,計算了在不同工況下、不同轉(zhuǎn)速下及不同修形量下對齒輪的時變動載荷的真實影響,計算了單個齒面法向作用力和總法向作用力,并進行了對比討論。 (4)用MATLAB編制了求解彈流潤滑的程序,并與經(jīng)典的幾個油膜公式比較了計算準(zhǔn)確性,計算了齒輪嚙合過程中的時變油膜厚度,求取了混合潤滑狀態(tài)下的時變摩擦系數(shù),嚙合過程中的熱流密度及分配關(guān)系,對主動輪和從動輪的嚙合面和端面進行了對流散熱計算。 (5)計算了幾組不同修頂量和粗糙度工況下基于瞬態(tài)接觸的齒輪穩(wěn)態(tài)溫度場并進行了對比。
[Abstract]:Gear is an important basic mechanical element, which plays a leading role in mechanical transmission. The influence of tooth surface friction on gear transmission is as follows: reducing gear transmission efficiency, speeding up gear destruction (gluing, pitting), resulting in gear system vibration and noise.The friction of gears is the main cause of the decrease of transmission efficiency, especially in the heavy load, high speed, high power gear transmission.Based on the theory of gear meshing, gear dynamics, tribology and heat transfer, the three-dimensional model is built by Pro/E software, and the model is analyzed by finite element software. The main contents of this paper are as follows1) the involute cylindrical spur gear model is established by using Pro/E software. The static analysis of the model is carried out with ANSYS software, and the model is compared with the classical Hertz contact theory.The modal analysis of gear assembly in free state and the modal analysis in prestressing state are calculated, and the results are verified by the transient shock and torsional vibration of gear.In this paper, a classical dynamic model is proposed to solve the real vibration frequency of gear system, and the nonlinearity of gear stiffness is studied.In this paper, a new calculation model is used to calculate the real influence of the changing load on the gear under different working conditions, different rotational speeds and different modifications, and the normal force and the total normal force on the single tooth surface are calculated and compared.In this paper, a program for solving elastohydrodynamic lubrication is developed with MATLAB, and the accuracy of calculation is compared with some classical oil film formulas. The time-varying oil film thickness during gear meshing is calculated, and the time-varying friction coefficient under mixed lubrication is obtained.The heat flux density and distribution relation during meshing are calculated for the meshing surface and the end surface of the active wheel and the driven wheel.The steady temperature field of gear based on transient contact is calculated and compared.
