大型輸送機(jī)動(dòng)特性分析軟件的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)構(gòu)建

【摘要】:帶式輸送機(jī)經(jīng)過(guò)了將近兩個(gè)世紀(jì)的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)從最開(kāi)始的雛形進(jìn)化成為具有高強(qiáng)力,大運(yùn)量,以及大功率的現(xiàn)代化的帶式輸送機(jī)。在今天,帶式輸送機(jī)已經(jīng)成為了散體物料主要的運(yùn)輸工具之一,尤其是在煤礦,金屬礦,以及大型火電站的散料的運(yùn)輸當(dāng)中,帶式輸送機(jī)已經(jīng)被廣泛的采用。在帶式輸送機(jī)的發(fā)展歷史當(dāng)中,人們通過(guò)從實(shí)驗(yàn)和理論兩個(gè)方面對(duì)帶式輸送機(jī)的特性做了深入的研究,并且建立了一些設(shè)計(jì)得規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),然而,這些都是以靜力學(xué)為基礎(chǔ)的,一直到現(xiàn)在,還沒(méi)有一種即經(jīng)濟(jì)又有效地動(dòng)態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)方法在工程設(shè)計(jì)當(dāng)中使用。 本論文從帶式輸送機(jī)的應(yīng)用以及發(fā)展?fàn)顩r入手,對(duì)帶式輸送機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)組成以及其相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)理論進(jìn)行比較系統(tǒng)的分析以及研究,不但分析了帶式輸送機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)軟件系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的必要性,并且對(duì)軟件系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)以及相關(guān)的功能模塊劃分做了相關(guān)的說(shuō)明。本軟件由數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)模塊,結(jié)果輸出模塊,設(shè)計(jì)選型模塊等組成,采用Sql Server2008創(chuàng)建其數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)以及采用ADO數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)編程技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了設(shè)計(jì)選型的功能,并將選型以及計(jì)算結(jié)果以說(shuō)明書(shū)的形式(Word格式)輸出,將部件名稱,規(guī)格代號(hào),以及數(shù)量等項(xiàng)內(nèi)容則以明細(xì)表的形式(Excel格式)輸出。 本課題所開(kāi)發(fā)的帶式輸送機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)選型的軟件系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了帶式輸送機(jī)的原始參數(shù)的輸入,設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,以及部件選型和設(shè)計(jì)選型說(shuō)明書(shū)輸出,線路側(cè)型圖繪制等等的一條龍?jiān)O(shè)計(jì),具有比較廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。整個(gè)軟件系統(tǒng)具有友好的人機(jī)界面,操作起來(lái)簡(jiǎn)單,具有使用方便的優(yōu)點(diǎn),它不但可以提高設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算的準(zhǔn)確性,縮短設(shè)計(jì)選型時(shí)間,減輕技術(shù)人員的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,而且對(duì)于今后的其他類型帶式輸送機(jī)軟件的開(kāi)發(fā)也有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:After nearly two centuries of development, belt conveyors have evolved from the earliest embryonic form to modern belt conveyors with high strength, large capacity and high power. Belt conveyors have become one of the main means of transport of bulk materials, especially in coal mines, metal mines and large thermal power stations. Belt conveyors have been widely used. In the history of belt conveyor development, people have made in-depth research on the characteristics of belt conveyors from both experimental and theoretical aspects, and established some design specifications and standards. However, these are based on statics, until now, there is no economic and effective dynamic design method used in engineering design. Starting with the application and development of belt conveyor, this paper makes a systematic analysis and research on the structure of belt conveyor and its related design theory. Not only the necessity of developing the design software system of belt conveyor is analyzed, but also the overall structure of the software system and the related functional modules are explained. The software is composed of database module, result output module, and so on. Sql Server2008 is used to create its database and ADO database programming technology is used to realize the function of design type selection, and the selection and calculation results are output in the form of instruction form in word format, and the name of the parts is given. Specifications, as well as quantity and other items in the form of a list of Excel format output. The software system for the design and selection of belt conveyor developed in this paper realizes the input of the original parameters of the belt conveyor, the design calculation, the selection of components and the output of the specification of design selection. The whole software system has friendly man-machine interface, simple operation and convenient use. It can not only improve the accuracy of design and calculation, but also improve the accuracy of design and calculation. It can shorten the time of design and type selection, reduce the labor intensity of technical personnel, and also has certain reference significance for the development of other types of belt conveyor software in the future.
