HR10型高速轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)力學(xué)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的研制

【摘要】:HR1O轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)力學(xué)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)是受上海凱泉泵業(yè)集團(tuán)委托,由浙江大學(xué)化工機(jī)械研究所高速旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)的一套用于多級(jí)離心泵轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)力學(xué)測(cè)試的多功能試驗(yàn)臺(tái)。同時(shí)也是國(guó)內(nèi)第一套應(yīng)用于企業(yè)生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)的轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)力學(xué)性能測(cè)試平臺(tái),對(duì)于打破國(guó)外設(shè)備供應(yīng)商的壟斷地位,提升我國(guó)自主研發(fā)高性能多級(jí)離心泵的能力具有重要意義。 本文從試驗(yàn)臺(tái)主機(jī)入手,對(duì)主機(jī)機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),給出了高速平帶傳動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),采用有限元的方法對(duì)支撐座的支撐剛度進(jìn)行了仿真計(jì)算;開發(fā)了一套高性能試驗(yàn)臺(tái)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng),對(duì)輔機(jī)系統(tǒng)工作流程進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),提出了精確PID轉(zhuǎn)速控制方法;對(duì)多級(jí)離心泵轉(zhuǎn)子臨界轉(zhuǎn)速進(jìn)行計(jì)算,得到了系統(tǒng)臨界轉(zhuǎn)速隨某些參數(shù)變化(如支撐剛度、葉輪個(gè)數(shù)、支撐跨距)的規(guī)律,給離心泵轉(zhuǎn)子的設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。 借助在超高速試驗(yàn)機(jī)領(lǐng)域的優(yōu)勢(shì)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)和現(xiàn)有的加工技術(shù),攻破技術(shù)難關(guān),成功設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了HR10型轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)力學(xué)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)。最后在試驗(yàn)臺(tái)上對(duì)真實(shí)多級(jí)離心泵轉(zhuǎn)子進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,證明試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的開發(fā)是成功的。
[Abstract]:HR1O rotor dynamics test platform by Shanghai Kaiquan pump group commissioned by the Zhejiang University Institute of chemical machinery of high speed rotating machinery design and development of a set of laboratory test for rotor dynamic multistage centrifugal pump multi function test bench. The performance of the rotor dynamics test platform is also the first set used in enterprise production design and development, to break the foreign equipment suppliers monopoly, has important significance to enhance the capability of China's independent research and development of high performance centrifugal pump.
From the start of the test host, the host machine structure design, gives the design parameters of high-speed transmission belt, by using the finite element method on the supporting base of the support stiffness was calculated; the development of automatic control system of a high performance test bench, on the working process of the auxiliary system were optimized. The precise PID speed control method; the critical speed of the multistage centrifugal pump rotor are calculated, the critical speed of the system with the change of some parameters (such as stiffness, blade number, support span) rules, provide a reference for the design of centrifugal pump rotor.
With the advantage and experience in the field of high speed testing machine and the existing processing technology, break technical difficulties, successfully designed and developed HR10 type rotor dynamics test platform. The test at the end of the multistage centrifugal pump rotor in the real test bench test proved that the development is successful.
