天然關(guān)節(jié)軟骨與醫(yī)用不銹鋼摩擦磨損行為研究

【摘要】:采用天然關(guān)節(jié)軟骨與不銹鋼摩擦副在往復(fù)運(yùn)動試驗機(jī)上進(jìn)行關(guān)節(jié)軟骨的摩擦學(xué)試驗研究,探討載荷、速度、潤滑和作用時間對摩擦磨損行為的影響并分析其作用機(jī)理,并對摩擦磨損前后的軟骨表面進(jìn)行分析.結(jié)果表明:隨著載荷從10 N增至22 N,軟骨與不銹鋼間的摩擦系數(shù)從0.147降至0.117;在同樣的潤滑和壓力下,速度越大軟骨和不銹鋼的摩擦系數(shù)越小;透明質(zhì)酸溶液可以有效降低軟骨與不銹鋼之間的摩擦,長時間試驗后摩擦系數(shù)基本保持在0.23左右.試驗后軟骨表面出現(xiàn)磨損并伴有大量磨損顆粒,表面有明顯的劃痕出現(xiàn),磨粒的粒徑大小分布范圍較窄,小尺寸的磨粒數(shù)目較多.
[Abstract]:The tribological test of articular cartilage was carried out on a reciprocating motion tester with natural articular cartilage and stainless steel friction pair. The effects of load, speed, lubrication and working time on the friction and wear behavior were discussed and the mechanism of the friction and wear was analyzed. The results show that the friction coefficient between the cartilage and stainless steel decreases from 0.147 to 0.117 with the increase of load from 10 N to 22 N, and the friction coefficient decreases from 0.147 to 0.117 under the same lubrication and pressure. The larger the velocity, the smaller the friction coefficient between cartilage and stainless steel, and the lower the friction between cartilage and stainless steel can be effectively reduced by hyaluronic acid solution. After a long time test, the friction coefficient was kept around 0.23. After the experiment, the cartilage surface was worn and accompanied by a large number of wear particles, and there were obvious scratches on the surface, the size distribution range of the abrasive particles was narrow, and the number of small size abrasive particles was more.
