【摘要】：物料的輸送在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中是很重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),近年來(lái)隨著水泥行業(yè)不斷向大型化、現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展,氣力輸送技術(shù)已經(jīng)成為水泥行業(yè)普遍采用的物料輸送技術(shù)。氣力輸送是一種利用空氣氣流作為輸送動(dòng)力,在管道內(nèi)流動(dòng)來(lái)輸送干燥的散狀固體離子或顆粒物料的輸送方法。由于氣力輸送技術(shù)的高效性,目前已廣泛應(yīng)用于水泥、冶金、化工、電力等行業(yè)。另外,氣力輸送技術(shù)經(jīng)過(guò)多年的發(fā)展,技術(shù)和理論知識(shí)日益完善,氣力輸送系統(tǒng)種類也日漸豐富,而且也變得越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,所以要設(shè)計(jì)并應(yīng)用一套氣力輸送系統(tǒng),不僅要使其具有低能耗和高穩(wěn)定性,而且要根據(jù)特定的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)環(huán)境和要求選擇合適的參數(shù)、配置以及布置。 本文的主要內(nèi)容是設(shè)計(jì)一套應(yīng)用于施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的水泥輸送系統(tǒng),所采用的技術(shù)是流態(tài)化氣力輸送技術(shù)。流態(tài)化實(shí)際上是一種狀態(tài),是固體物料顆粒在流體介質(zhì)作用下的流化狀態(tài),是一種介于固定床與輸送床之間的相對(duì)穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。本文首先介紹了氣力輸送系統(tǒng)的概念、類型及其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)和流態(tài)化技術(shù)的基本理論知識(shí)；其次根據(jù)工況完成了氣力輸送系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)參數(shù)計(jì)算,包括輸送風(fēng)速va、混合比m、懸浮速度v(?),和系統(tǒng)壓損等,然后參照有關(guān)的規(guī)范和手冊(cè),完成水泥輸送裝置中主要設(shè)備的選型和氣力輸送系統(tǒng)的繪制；最后設(shè)計(jì)了除塵器、計(jì)量設(shè)備和料位計(jì)等設(shè)備以使整個(gè)輸送系統(tǒng)具有防塵、自動(dòng)計(jì)量、料位測(cè)量等功能,最終形成一個(gè)完善的體系,所設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)已在多個(gè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)得到實(shí)現(xiàn)應(yīng)用,效果良好。
[Abstract]:The transportation of materials is a very important link in industrial production. In recent years, with the development of the cement industry to a large scale and modernization, Pneumatic conveying technology has become a widely used material transportation technology in cement industry. Pneumatic conveying is a kind of air flow as the transmission power. A method of conveying dry bulk solid ions or particles through a pipeline. Due to the high efficiency of pneumatic conveying technology, it has been widely used in cement, metallurgy, chemical, electric power and other industries. With the development of pneumatic conveying technology for many years, the technical and theoretical knowledge is becoming more and more perfect, and the variety of pneumatic conveying system is becoming more and more complicated, so it is necessary to design and apply a pneumatic conveying system. It should not only have low energy consumption and high stability, but also select suitable parameters, configuration and layout according to the specific industrial production environment and requirements. The main content of this paper is to design a set of cement conveying system which is applied to the construction site. The technology used is fluidized pneumatic conveying technology. Fluidization is actually a kind of state. It is the fluidized state of solid particles under the action of fluid medium and a relatively stable state between the fixed bed and the conveying bed. The concept of pneumatic conveying system is introduced in this paper. Types, their advantages and disadvantages and the basic theoretical knowledge of fluidization technology. Secondly, the calculation of the parameters of pneumatic conveying system is completed according to the working conditions, including conveying wind speed vav, mixing ratio m, suspension velocity VX? Then, referring to the relevant specifications and manuals, the selection of main equipment and the drawing of pneumatic conveying system in cement conveyer are completed. Finally, the dust collector is designed. The whole conveying system has the functions of dust-proof, automatic measurement and level measurement. Finally, a perfect system is formed. The designed system has been applied in many fields, and the effect is good.
