壓力容器三維CAD設計方法的研究

【摘要】:壓力容器是石油、化工、冶金和能源等領域廣泛使用設備。目前壓力容器CAD設計主要應用AutoCAD的平面設計功能,設計過程繁瑣,效率低。隨著計算機技術(shù)的發(fā)展,CAD技術(shù)綜合了計算機強大的計算功能和高效的圖形處理功能,集最先進的產(chǎn)品設計理論與方法為一體,最大限度地實施著設計工作中的“自動化”。三維設計具有形象、高效的特點,設計基于AutoCAD壓力容器三維設計插件是CAD技術(shù)研究近年來關注的焦點。 本文圍繞著壓力容器三維設計展開研究,在AutoCAD平臺上,采用VBA開發(fā)技術(shù),實現(xiàn)了以面域、旋轉(zhuǎn)為主要方法的封頭建模;以拉伸為主的筒體、接管建模;以旋轉(zhuǎn)、拉伸、布爾運算為主要方法的法蘭建模;以旋轉(zhuǎn)、坐標變換為主的彎頭等組件的三維自動化建模過程,大大提高了設計者的設計效率。 在法蘭建模中深入應用ADO數(shù)據(jù)庫連接技術(shù),使Access數(shù)據(jù)庫與AutoCAD環(huán)境有機結(jié)合起來,設計中無須設計者查詢相關標準,實現(xiàn)設計的高效率同時還便于系統(tǒng)維護。 研究中設計了getwcs和getactiveucs函數(shù)模塊,實現(xiàn)了世界坐標系與用戶坐標系自動識別和轉(zhuǎn)換技術(shù),克服了VBA語言開發(fā)系統(tǒng)的局限性。 本文還對壓力容器組件建模插入點設計進行了研究,設計了AutoCAD環(huán)境下的壓力容器強度校核軟件,同時還在三維圖庫建立等方面進行了有效嘗試,提高了設計的綜合應用性能。研究的結(jié)果對化工行業(yè)CAD自動化設計具有很好的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Pressure vessel is widely used in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy and energy. At present, the design of pressure vessel CAD mainly uses the graphic design function of AutoCAD, and the design process is tedious. Low efficiency. With the development of computer technology, CAD technology integrates the powerful computing function of computer and the efficient graphics processing function, and integrates the most advanced product design theory and method. 3D design has the characteristics of image and high efficiency. The design of 3D design plug-in based on AutoCAD pressure vessel is the focus of CAD technology research in recent years. In this paper, the three-dimensional design of pressure vessel is studied. On the platform of AutoCAD, VBA development technology is used to realize the modeling of the head with the main method of area and rotation, the tube with drawing as the main method, the tube as the main body, the tube with the rotation, the drawing as the main method. Boolean operation is the main method of flange modeling, and the 3D automatic modeling process of the components, such as rotation and coordinate transformation, greatly improves the design efficiency of the designer. The application of ADO database connection technology in flange modeling makes the Access database and AutoCAD environment combine organically. The design does not need the designer to inquire the related standards, so the design is efficient and convenient for system maintenance. In the research, getwcs and getactiveucs function modules are designed to realize the automatic recognition and conversion technology between the world coordinate system and the user coordinate system, which overcomes the limitations of the VBA language development system. This paper also studies the design of pressure vessel component modeling insertion point, designs the intensity check software of pressure vessel under AutoCAD environment, and makes an effective attempt in the establishment of 3D map library, etc. The comprehensive application performance of the design is improved. The results of the study have a good reference significance for CAD automation design in chemical industry.
