車間作業(yè)計劃仿真與評估決策系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:近年來,制造模式從傳統(tǒng)的大批量生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)向客戶化定制時代的多品種小批量的生產(chǎn)模式。此生產(chǎn)模式具有多樣性、產(chǎn)品的工藝相似性高,生產(chǎn)品種混合度高,需求的不確定性等特點,對合理編制和進行高效的車間作業(yè)計劃提出了更高的要求。而且,實際生產(chǎn)過程中,由于受到各種隨機因素的影響,實際生產(chǎn)進度和預(yù)定的作業(yè)計劃會發(fā)生偏差。計算機仿真作為一種建模方法,可以用系統(tǒng)的模型對真實系統(tǒng)或設(shè)計中的系統(tǒng)進行實驗,以達到分析、研究和設(shè)計系統(tǒng)的目的。利用仿真技術(shù)不但可以預(yù)執(zhí)行或再現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的運動規(guī)律和運動過程,使人預(yù)先了解制造系統(tǒng)的運行特性或系統(tǒng)執(zhí)行的效果。 本文以離散型車間作業(yè)問題為研究對象,以單件小批生產(chǎn)條件下車間作業(yè)計劃與調(diào)度監(jiān)控集成系統(tǒng)GG-MES(廣東工業(yè)大學(xué)-制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng))與仿真控制理論為基礎(chǔ),分析了調(diào)度系統(tǒng)GG-MES的數(shù)據(jù)模型以及用三維仿真軟件Flexsim作為平臺實現(xiàn)車間作業(yè)計劃可視化的方法,提出了車間作業(yè)計劃的仿真評估決策系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)包括生產(chǎn)調(diào)度子系統(tǒng)和作業(yè)計劃仿真子系統(tǒng)。 論文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下: 1.在分析作業(yè)車間制造系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成和特點的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用Flexsim仿真平臺中的實體庫和全局表等工具,通過讀取基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)(車間布局信息、設(shè)備信息、工件信息等)和由生產(chǎn)調(diào)度模塊計算得出的作業(yè)計劃數(shù)據(jù)建立三維動態(tài)的離散事件仿真模型,實現(xiàn)了由數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動仿真模型的自動創(chuàng)建機制,并通過實例驗證了其機制的有效性。 2.在研究內(nèi)容1的基礎(chǔ)上,運行仿真模型模擬真實的車間生產(chǎn)。從設(shè)備利用率、工件平均等待時間和平均通過時間等三個指標(biāo)方面評估作業(yè)計劃的執(zhí)行效果。仿真建模中,考慮了操作人員的行為過程、車間布局和工件的運轉(zhuǎn)時間因素。通過仿真獲取操作人員在生產(chǎn)過程中實際的行為數(shù)據(jù)、車間生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù),將仿真模型運行過程和評估分析仿真結(jié)果的報告提交生產(chǎn)管理人員,作為修正作業(yè)計劃決策的依據(jù)。 3.應(yīng)用Delphi7.0和SQL Server2005設(shè)計了原型系統(tǒng)。功能包括基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的管理,作業(yè)計劃的編制,仿真模型的創(chuàng)建以及作業(yè)計劃的評估報告輸出。 4.在上述研究內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上,通過實例說明了原型系統(tǒng)的使用和結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the manufacturing mode has changed from the traditional mass production to the multi-variety and small-batch production mode in the custom-made era. Because of the uncertainty of the demand, it puts forward higher requirements for the rational preparation and efficient workshop scheduling. Moreover, in the actual production process, due to the influence of various random factors, As a modeling method, computer simulation can be used to test the real system or the system under design, so as to achieve the analysis. The purpose of the research and design of the system is to make use of the simulation technology not only to pre-execute or reproduce the motion law and process of the system, but also to understand in advance the running characteristics of the manufacturing system or the effect of the system execution. In this paper, the discrete workshop job problem is taken as the research object, and the GG-MES (Guangdong University-Manufacturing execution system) and the simulation control theory are taken as the basis of the job shop scheduling and scheduling monitoring and control system under the condition of single piece and small batch production. The data model of the scheduling system GG-MES and the method of realizing the job shop plan visualization by using the 3D simulation software Flexsim as the platform are analyzed. A simulation evaluation decision system for job shop scheduling is proposed, which includes production scheduling subsystem and job scheduling simulation subsystem. The main contents of this thesis are as follows:. 1. On the basis of analyzing the structure and characteristics of job shop manufacturing system, the basic data (workshop layout information, equipment information, etc.) are read by using the tools of entity library and global table in Flexsim simulation platform. ) and the job scheduling data calculated by the production scheduling module, the 3D dynamic discrete event simulation model is established, and the automatic creation mechanism of the data-driven simulation model is realized, and the effectiveness of the mechanism is verified by an example. 2. Based on the research content 1, the simulation model is run to simulate the real workshop production. The performance of the job plan is evaluated from three aspects: the equipment utilization ratio, the average waiting time of the workpiece and the average passing time. The operator's behavior process, workshop layout and workpiece running time are taken into account. The actual behavior data of operator in production process and workshop production data are obtained by simulation. The running process of the simulation model and the report of the evaluation and analysis of the simulation results are submitted to the production managers as the basis for the decision of the revised job plan. 3. The prototype system is designed by using Delphi7.0 and SQL Server2005. The functions include the management of basic data, the compilation of job plan, the creation of simulation model and the output of job plan evaluation report. 4. On the basis of the above research, the use and results of the prototype system are illustrated by examples.
