機(jī)組軸系監(jiān)測與故障診斷系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:汽輪機(jī)組故障診斷技術(shù)經(jīng)過過去幾十年的發(fā)展已經(jīng)有了較大的進(jìn)步,但隨著電力科技的發(fā)展,發(fā)電企業(yè)對(duì)汽輪機(jī)組軸系的在線監(jiān)測與故障診斷技術(shù)提出了更高的要求。因此本文在實(shí)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,利用LabVIEW虛擬程序語言,研究開發(fā)了一套汽輪機(jī)組軸系在線監(jiān)測與故障診斷系統(tǒng)。 論文首先總結(jié)了軸系故障的常見類型和其各自對(duì)應(yīng)的故障征兆,并對(duì)常見的信號(hào)分析方法和故障診斷技術(shù)進(jìn)行了比較,為系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。 論文完成了系統(tǒng)的軟硬件整體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),包括對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)、電渦流傳感器、數(shù)據(jù)采集卡等的選擇、安裝和調(diào)試,以及對(duì)LabVIEW虛擬儀器語言的選用。 論文完成了汽輪機(jī)軸系在線監(jiān)測與數(shù)據(jù)分析系統(tǒng)模塊的開發(fā),主要包括數(shù)據(jù)連續(xù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)、數(shù)據(jù)的定時(shí)讀取、數(shù)據(jù)小波降噪、時(shí)域分析和HHT變換分析等程序的模塊化開發(fā)和系統(tǒng)整體界面的設(shè)計(jì),以及適合現(xiàn)場實(shí)際應(yīng)用的軸心軌跡圖、頻譜圖的繪制,完成了對(duì)故障征兆的提取。 論文研究分析了模糊集合理論,討論了汽輪機(jī)組故障診斷中存在的模糊性,研究了模糊診斷理論的優(yōu)越性和可行性。應(yīng)用模糊邏輯診斷理論的最大隸屬度原則,依據(jù)由汽輪機(jī)組常見故障與故障征兆之間因果關(guān)系建立的模糊關(guān)系矩陣編寫了模糊故障診斷系統(tǒng)模塊,并用它來診斷機(jī)組軸系發(fā)生故障的可能性,完成了對(duì)汽輪機(jī)組軸系常見故障的診斷。最后將各個(gè)模塊化程序系統(tǒng)組合在一起,完成了整個(gè)軸系監(jiān)測與故障診斷系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。論文針對(duì)實(shí)際機(jī)組,進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場測點(diǎn)的布置安裝設(shè)計(jì),完成了系統(tǒng)在現(xiàn)場實(shí)際應(yīng)用的理論工作。
[Abstract]:The fault diagnosis technology of steam turbine has made great progress in the past few decades, but with the development of electric power technology, Power generation enterprises have put forward higher requirements for on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of turbine shafting. Therefore, based on the experiments, this paper makes use of LabVIEW virtual program language. A set of on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis system for steam turbine shafting is developed. Firstly, the common types of shafting faults and their corresponding fault symptoms are summarized, and the common signal analysis methods and fault diagnosis techniques are compared, which provides a theoretical basis for the development of the system. The whole software and hardware structure of the system is designed, including the selection, installation and debugging of the rotor test table, eddy current sensor, data acquisition card, and the choice of LabVIEW virtual instrument language. The system module of on-line monitoring and data analysis for steam turbine shafting is developed in this paper, which includes continuous data acquisition, data storage, data timing reading, data wavelet de-noising. The modularization development of time domain analysis and HHT transform analysis and the design of the whole system interface, as well as the drawing of the axis locus diagram and the spectrum chart suitable for the practical application in the field, have completed the extraction of the fault symptoms. This paper studies and analyzes the fuzzy set theory, discusses the fuzziness existing in the fault diagnosis of steam turbine, studies the superiority and feasibility of the fuzzy diagnosis theory, and applies the maximum membership degree principle of the fuzzy logic diagnosis theory. According to the fuzzy relation matrix established by causality relation between common faults and fault symptoms of steam turbine unit, the module of fuzzy fault diagnosis system is compiled, and it is used to diagnose the possibility of the fault of shafting of turbine unit. The common fault diagnosis of turbine shafting is completed. Finally, the modular program system is combined to complete the development of the whole shafting monitoring and fault diagnosis system. The layout and installation design of site measuring points are carried out, and the theoretical work of the system applied in the field is completed.
