基于PDM的工藝變型研究及系統(tǒng)開發(fā)

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化以及快速發(fā)展的信息化技術(shù)對(duì)制造業(yè)產(chǎn)生了極其深刻和全面的影響。如今,衡量企業(yè)市場競爭力的重要標(biāo)志是企業(yè)開發(fā)和生產(chǎn)與眾不同、滿足客戶個(gè)性化求的創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品。為適應(yīng)新的市場,制造企業(yè)必須轉(zhuǎn)變其競爭核心、產(chǎn)品發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、技術(shù)重點(diǎn)、過程重點(diǎn)和組織重點(diǎn)等。制造業(yè)信息化是以信息技術(shù)為核心的高技術(shù)促進(jìn)我國制造業(yè)發(fā)展的全局性、持續(xù)性和服務(wù)性的系統(tǒng)工程。 論文結(jié)合國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目(50805133),在閱讀了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對(duì)產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理技術(shù)、大批量定制等技術(shù)的研究,提出了基于事物特性表的零部件主模型建模方法與相關(guān)技術(shù)。在零部件主模型的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于事物特性表的零部件工藝主文檔建立方法與技術(shù),包括基于XML的主工藝文檔的建立,工藝路線的建立等等,最后根據(jù)實(shí)際需求,開發(fā)了基于PDM的工藝變型系統(tǒng)。 第一章研究課題背景和意義,分析了國內(nèi)外工藝變型和CAPP研究現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上確定了本文要研究的主要內(nèi)容,并給出了論文的組織結(jié)構(gòu)。 第二章研究基于PDM的工藝變型設(shè)計(jì)原理及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。在大批量定制理論、產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理技術(shù)及工藝變型技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于PDM的零部件建模方法及變型原理和工藝主文檔的建立及變型原理,并在此基礎(chǔ)上確立了系統(tǒng)總體框架。 第三章詳細(xì)研究支持工藝變型的零部件建模方法和工藝主文檔的建立方法及變型原理。采用基于事物特性表的方法建立了零部件主模型,在事物特性表的支持下了實(shí)現(xiàn)零部件變型,然后詳細(xì)研究了基于XML與事物特性表的零部件工藝主文檔建立方法與技術(shù),探討了實(shí)現(xiàn)工藝變型機(jī)制。 第四章研究UG二次開發(fā)基于事物特性表的零部件變型系統(tǒng)和在Teamcenter下進(jìn)行開發(fā)基于PDM的工藝變型系統(tǒng)框架與開發(fā)技術(shù),,詳細(xì)介紹了工藝變型系統(tǒng)各功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。 第五章根據(jù)第二章和第三章相關(guān)理論知識(shí),結(jié)合第四章開發(fā)的變型系統(tǒng),對(duì)本文研究成果進(jìn)行了實(shí)例驗(yàn)證。 第六章對(duì)全文的工作加以總結(jié),并提出了有待于進(jìn)一步研究和改進(jìn)的問題。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology have had a profound and comprehensive impact on the manufacturing industry. Nowadays, the important symbol to measure the competitiveness of enterprises in the market is the distinctive development and production of enterprises. To adapt to the new market, manufacturing enterprises must change their competitive core, product development strategy, technical focus, Manufacturing informatization is a system engineering with information technology as the core to promote the development of manufacturing industry in China. On the basis of reading the relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper studies the technology of product data management, mass customization and so on, combined with the project of National Natural Science Foundation of China. On the basis of the main model of parts and components, this paper puts forward the method and technology of establishing the main document of parts process based on the table of things' characteristics, and puts forward the method and technology of establishing the main model of parts based on the table of things' characteristics. It includes the establishment of main process document and process route based on XML, etc. Finally, a process variant system based on PDM is developed according to the actual demand. In the first chapter, the background and significance of the research are analyzed, and the status quo of process modification and CAPP research at home and abroad are analyzed. On the basis of this, the main contents of this paper are determined, and the organization structure of the thesis is given. The second chapter studies the principle and key technology of process variant design based on PDM, based on mass customization theory, product data management technology and process variant technology. The modeling method and modification principle of parts and components based on PDM and the establishment and modification principle of main process document are put forward, and the overall frame of the system is established. In the third chapter, the modeling method of parts supporting process modification, the method of establishing main document of process and the principle of modification are studied in detail, and the main model of parts is established based on the method of tabulation of object characteristics. Based on the support of object characteristic table, this paper realizes part variant, and then studies the method and technology of establishing main document of part process based on XML and thing characteristic table in detail, and discusses the mechanism of realizing process modification. In chapter 4th, the secondary development of the part variant system based on the tabulation of the characteristics of things and the development of the frame and technology of the process variant system based on PDM under Teamcenter are studied. The design and implementation of the functional modules of the process variant system are introduced in detail. In Chapter 5th, according to the theoretical knowledge of Chapter 2 and Chapter 3, combined with the variant system developed in Chapter 4th, the research results of this paper are verified by examples. Chapter 6th summarizes the work of this paper and puts forward some problems to be further studied and improved.
