陶瓷齒輪參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)與數(shù)控加工方法研究

【摘要】:陶瓷齒輪具有強(qiáng)度高、硬度大、耐腐蝕、耐高溫抗氧化、熱膨脹系數(shù)低等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在機(jī)械、化工、航空航天等領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛。陶瓷齒輪作為機(jī)械傳動(dòng)件,其結(jié)構(gòu)的相似性與設(shè)計(jì)的重復(fù)性適合進(jìn)行參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)。陶瓷齒輪的材料特性與普通金屬齒輪存在較大差異,決定了其加工工藝與加工過程的復(fù)雜性。本課題主要研究了陶瓷齒輪參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)方法、構(gòu)建陶瓷齒輪參數(shù)化系統(tǒng),并探討了陶瓷齒輪電火花線切割加工工藝,模擬仿真加工了陶瓷齒輪。 本文研究的內(nèi)容可以歸納如下: 1)通過運(yùn)用Pro/E自帶的Program功能,對(duì)陶瓷齒輪進(jìn)行參數(shù)化建模,得到不同類型的陶瓷齒輪模型。 2)運(yùn)用Pro/Toolkit工具對(duì)Pro/E的二次開發(fā)方法進(jìn)行了研究,包括Pro/Toolkit菜單界面的設(shè)計(jì)、UI對(duì)話框設(shè)計(jì)、MFC技術(shù)、資源文件的編寫以及應(yīng)用程序的注冊(cè)運(yùn)行等。將已經(jīng)建立好的參數(shù)化模型與參數(shù)化程序相結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)了陶瓷齒輪的參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)。 3)分析了陶瓷齒輪與普通齒輪加工方法的區(qū)別,介紹了普通齒輪加工的仿形法與范成法,講述了電火花線切割的加工原理與特點(diǎn)。并對(duì)陶瓷材料的電火花線切割加工工藝進(jìn)行探討,得到了主要工藝參數(shù)對(duì)工藝指標(biāo)的影響,為陶瓷齒輪數(shù)控加工參數(shù)的選擇提供了依據(jù)。 4)運(yùn)用Pro/E的Pro/NC模塊對(duì)陶瓷齒輪進(jìn)行數(shù)控加工,通過制作模型的建立與參數(shù)的設(shè)置,自動(dòng)生成了刀具路徑文件,經(jīng)過適當(dāng)?shù)暮笾锰幚,刀位文件轉(zhuǎn)換成了NC加工程序。 本課題的創(chuàng)新之處有以下三點(diǎn): 1)逆向建立陶瓷齒輪參數(shù)化模型,先全部確定齒輪各個(gè)參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系,然后再對(duì)齒輪進(jìn)行建模。參數(shù)化建模的齒輪類型比較全面,并對(duì)一些不常見的齒輪進(jìn)行了參數(shù)化建模,如:擺線針輪。 2)對(duì)陶瓷齒輪的加工工藝進(jìn)行了探討,通過單變量的實(shí)驗(yàn)方法,得到各個(gè)工藝參數(shù)與工藝指標(biāo)之間的關(guān)系,為數(shù)控加工參數(shù)的選擇提供了參照。 3)通過Pro/NC模塊對(duì)陶瓷齒輪進(jìn)行數(shù)控加工模擬仿真,,實(shí)現(xiàn)了陶瓷齒輪的CAD、CAM系統(tǒng)的集成,同時(shí)也實(shí)現(xiàn)了NC編程過程的自動(dòng)化。
[Abstract]:Ceramic gears have many advantages such as high strength, high hardness, corrosion resistance, high temperature and oxidation resistance, low coefficient of thermal expansion and so on. They are widely used in mechanical, chemical, aerospace and other fields. The similarity of structure and repeatability of design are suitable for parametric design. This paper mainly studies the parameterized design method of ceramic gear, constructs the parameterized system of ceramic gear, and probes into the WEDM process of ceramic gear. The ceramic gear was manufactured by simulation. The contents of this paper can be summarized as follows:. The main results are as follows: 1) by using the Program function of Pro/E, the parametric modeling of ceramic gears is carried out, and different types of ceramic gear models are obtained. 2) the second development method of Pro/E is studied by using Pro/Toolkit tools, including the design of Pro/Toolkit menu interface and the design of UI dialog box. The parametric design of ceramic gears is realized by combining the established parameterized model with the parameterized program. 3) the difference between ceramic gear and common gear is analyzed, and the copying method and the forming method of common gear are introduced. This paper describes the principle and characteristics of WEDM, discusses the WEDM process of ceramic materials, and obtains the influence of main technological parameters on the process index. It provides a basis for the selection of NC machining parameters of ceramic gears. 4) NC machining of ceramic gear is carried out by using Pro/NC module of Pro/E. The tool path file is automatically generated by establishing the model and setting up parameters. After proper post processing, the cutter position file is converted into NC machining program. The innovations of this topic are as follows:. 1) setting up the parametric model of ceramic gear in reverse, first determining the relationship between the various parameters of gear, then modeling the gear. The gear type of parameterized modeling is more comprehensive, and the parametric modeling of some unusual gears is carried out. For example: cycloidal needle wheel. 2) the machining technology of ceramic gear is discussed, and the relationship between each process parameter and process index is obtained through the experiment method of single variable, which provides a reference for the selection of NC machining parameters. 3) the NC machining simulation of ceramic gear is carried out by Pro/NC module, which realizes the integration of the CAD / CAM system of ceramic gear and the automation of NC programming process.
