【摘要】：目的:為滿(mǎn)足各種功能和性能的需求及難以避免的約束和限制條件,形形色色的對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺現(xiàn)象普遍存在于各類(lèi)機(jī)械系統(tǒng)、部件和零件之中。但目前國(guó)內(nèi)外均沒(méi)有對(duì)機(jī)械對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺種類(lèi)、作用及其應(yīng)用方法進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究的報(bào)道。通過(guò)本文,讀者能系統(tǒng)地了解對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺在機(jī)械系統(tǒng)中的存在和作用規(guī)律,并能夠在機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)中科學(xué)地應(yīng)用對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺,更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)和發(fā)揮機(jī)械的預(yù)期功能和效益。創(chuàng)新點(diǎn):1.創(chuàng)建機(jī)械對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺的概念和分類(lèi)體系。2.揭示對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺與產(chǎn)品需求之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性,提出應(yīng)用對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械功能、性能和約束需求的8個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)原理。3.發(fā)明一種具有對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺特征的鏈傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)新方案,且其傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)性顯著優(yōu)于現(xiàn)有鏈傳動(dòng)。方法:1.分析和借鑒生物學(xué)、材料結(jié)構(gòu)學(xué)和建筑學(xué)等多學(xué)科中對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺的研究和應(yīng)用成果。2.分析一千多個(gè)應(yīng)用對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺的機(jī)械實(shí)例,并從中提煉和總結(jié)對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺在機(jī)械中的效用和應(yīng)用規(guī)律。3.將歸納出的規(guī)律應(yīng)用于對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺創(chuàng)新機(jī)械的實(shí)踐。結(jié)論:1.對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺普遍存在于機(jī)械中,并起著不可或缺的作用。2.通過(guò)對(duì)大量機(jī)械實(shí)例中對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺所起作用的系統(tǒng)分析能夠獲取對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺作用于機(jī)械的規(guī)律性知識(shí)。3.應(yīng)用上述規(guī)律性知識(shí)能實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:Objective: in order to meet the needs of various functions and properties and the unavoidable constraints and restrictions, the phenomenon of symmetry breaking in all kinds of mechanical systems is widely existed in all kinds of mechanical systems. However, there are no reports on the types, functions and application methods of mechanical symmetry breaking at home and abroad. Through this paper, readers can systematically understand the existence and law of symmetry breaking in mechanical systems. And can scientifically apply symmetry breaking in mechanical design, better realize and give full play to the expected function and benefit of machinery. Innovation point: 1.Create the concept and classification system of mechanical symmetry breaking. 2. Reveal the relationship between symmetry breaking and product demand. In this paper, eight design principles of mechanical function, performance and constraint requirements by using symmetric breaking are presented. 3. A new scheme of chain drive structure with symmetrical breaking characteristics is invented. And its transmission stability is significantly better than the existing chain drive. Methods: 1.Analyzing and drawing lessons from the research and application of symmetrical breaking in biology, material structure and architecture. 2. Analyze more than 1,000 mechanical examples of symmetrical breaking. The utility and application law of symmetrical breaking in machinery are summarized and summarized. 3. The law is applied to the practice of innovative machinery of symmetry breaking. Conclusion: 1.Symmetry breaking is common in machinery. Through the systematic analysis of the effect of symmetry breaking in a large number of mechanical examples, we can obtain the regular knowledge of symmetry breaking acting on machinery. 3. The innovation of mechanical products can be realized by applying the above regularity knowledge.
