液壓缸型式試驗(yàn)臺系統(tǒng)與結(jié)構(gòu)分析及控制特性研究

【摘要】:液壓缸是一種能量轉(zhuǎn)換的液壓執(zhí)行元件,它能將液壓能轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹本運(yùn)動的機(jī)械功,因而是液壓系統(tǒng)中的執(zhí)行器。隨著我國科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,液壓缸在液壓傳動與控制中的應(yīng)用也越來越廣泛,液壓缸的功用被不斷地開發(fā)并利用。而與此同時,用戶對于液壓缸性能的要求也越來越高,而當(dāng)前我國的液壓缸檢測設(shè)備與方法嚴(yán)重制約了液壓缸生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的提高,因?yàn)楦倪M(jìn)與提高當(dāng)前的液壓缸檢測設(shè)備與方法,推出一款新型的液壓缸型式試驗(yàn)臺成為急需解決的問題。 論文首先在查閱了大量國內(nèi)外資料的基礎(chǔ)上,綜述了國內(nèi)外液壓缸試驗(yàn)臺的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、試驗(yàn)臺的研究意義以及國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目等內(nèi)容。其次,針對實(shí)際生產(chǎn)需要,本文介紹了液壓缸型式試驗(yàn)臺的系統(tǒng)功能分析,結(jié)構(gòu)分析,以及可實(shí)現(xiàn)自動智能控制的計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)。最后,文章對液壓缸型式試驗(yàn)臺中采用的比例溢流閥壓力控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了加載特性分析,并對其壓力控制特性進(jìn)行了研究。 本文論述的新型綜合性液壓缸型式試驗(yàn)臺,能進(jìn)行各規(guī)格液壓缸型式試驗(yàn)和出廠試驗(yàn),并附加70MPa超高壓試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)臺最多可對六個液壓缸進(jìn)行同步試驗(yàn),也可使常規(guī)、高溫、超高壓三種試驗(yàn)同步進(jìn)行。此外,試驗(yàn)臺可實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程無級調(diào)壓,復(fù)合調(diào)速,比例加載,換向穩(wěn)定,自動排油,無接觸式行程測量,油溫自動控制,系統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)自動智能控制。從而試驗(yàn)臺達(dá)到了全面提高液壓缸性能檢測的準(zhǔn)確性、穩(wěn)定性以及可靠性,降低了勞動強(qiáng)度,提高了生產(chǎn)效率,為液壓缸生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平的提高提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ),對液壓缸的生產(chǎn)與檢測具有重大的指導(dǎo)意義與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The hydraulic cylinder is a kind of hydraulic actuator with energy conversion, which can transform the hydraulic energy into the mechanical work of linear motion, so it is the actuator in the hydraulic system. With the development of science and technology in our country, The application of hydraulic cylinder in hydraulic transmission and control is more and more extensive, and the function of hydraulic cylinder is continuously developed and utilized. At the same time, the requirements of users for the performance of hydraulic cylinder are more and more high. At present, the equipment and methods of hydraulic cylinder detection in our country have seriously restricted the improvement of the production technology of hydraulic cylinders, because the current inspection equipment and methods for hydraulic cylinders have been improved and improved. The introduction of a new type of hydraulic cylinder type test bed has become an urgent problem. On the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign data, this paper summarizes the development status of the hydraulic cylinder test-bed at home and abroad, the research significance of the test-bed and the test items stipulated by the national standard, etc. Secondly, it aims at the actual production needs. This paper introduces the system function analysis, structure analysis and computer control system which can realize automatic intelligent control of hydraulic cylinder type test bed. In this paper, the pressure control system of proportional relief valve used in hydraulic cylinder type test table is analyzed and its pressure control characteristics are studied. The new comprehensive hydraulic cylinder type test bench described in this paper can carry out hydraulic cylinder type tests and factory tests of various specifications, with the addition of 70MPa ultra-high pressure test. The test bench can simultaneously test six hydraulic cylinders at most, and can also make routine and high temperature test. In addition, the test bench can realize remote stepless voltage regulation, compound speed regulation, proportional loading, commutation stability, automatic oil discharge, non-contact stroke measurement, oil temperature automatic control, The automatic intelligent control of system test can improve the accuracy, stability and reliability of hydraulic cylinder performance detection, reduce labor intensity and improve production efficiency. It provides a solid foundation for improving the production technology level of hydraulic cylinder and has great guiding and practical significance for the production and detection of hydraulic cylinder.
