【摘要】:轉(zhuǎn)子不對中是汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組軸系在啟機(jī)和運(yùn)行中典型故障之一,聯(lián)軸器不對中和軸承不對中是不對中的兩種形式。為了確保機(jī)組的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,本文以汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組軸系為對象,研究了轉(zhuǎn)子不對中的振動(dòng)特性和診斷方法。 本文對目前機(jī)組普遍使用的的齒式聯(lián)軸器和剛性聯(lián)軸器聯(lián)接的軸承—轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)在不對中狀況下的振動(dòng)機(jī)理進(jìn)行了研究,分析了相應(yīng)的振動(dòng)特性。研究了不對中轉(zhuǎn)子的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律,建立了轉(zhuǎn)子不對中的數(shù)學(xué)模型,推導(dǎo)了不對中轉(zhuǎn)子的動(dòng)力學(xué)方程。從而得出了故障的典型特征。 對大量的現(xiàn)場汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組轉(zhuǎn)子不對中案例進(jìn)行了分析,將轉(zhuǎn)子不對中按照故障形式、產(chǎn)生原因、發(fā)生部位進(jìn)行了分類分析。進(jìn)一步分析了故障發(fā)生時(shí)對機(jī)組安全性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性和可靠性的影響。采用FTA研究方法對故障產(chǎn)生的原因和對應(yīng)的處理措施進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的論述,得出了每種不對中形式的FTA故障原因查找流程圖。利用故障典型的監(jiān)測參數(shù)、故障特征、產(chǎn)生原因等相結(jié)合的方法對聯(lián)軸器不對中和軸承不對中進(jìn)行了故障診斷的研究,制定了診斷方法和流程。最后利用該診斷方法對現(xiàn)場振動(dòng)事故進(jìn)行了診斷,得出了準(zhǔn)確的結(jié)果,并給出了相應(yīng)的處理措施和指導(dǎo)意見。該方法對于汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組轉(zhuǎn)子不對中的診斷和處理具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Rotor misalignment is one of the typical faults of turbine-generator shafting in start-up and operation, and the misalignment of shaft coupling and bearing is two types of misalignment. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit, the rotor misalignment is one of the typical faults in the shaft system of the turbine generator set. In this paper, the vibration characteristics and diagnosis methods of rotor misalignment are studied. In this paper, the vibration mechanism of the bearing-rotor system with gear coupling and rigid coupling, which is widely used at present, is studied under the condition of misalignment. The corresponding vibration characteristics are analyzed, the motion law of the misaligned rotor is studied, the mathematical model of the misalignment of the rotor is established, the dynamic equation of the misaligned rotor is derived, and the typical characteristics of the fault are obtained. In this paper, a large number of cases of rotor misalignment of turbine-generator sets are analyzed. The causes and location of rotor misalignment are classified and analyzed according to the fault form, and the safety of the unit when the fault occurs is further analyzed. The effect of economy and reliability. The causes of failure and the corresponding treatment measures are discussed in detail by using FTA research method, and the flow chart of finding out the causes of each kind of mismatched FTA fault is obtained, and the typical monitoring parameters of the faults are used. The fault diagnosis method of coupling and bearing misalignment is studied, and the diagnosis method and flow chart are worked out. Finally, the field vibration accident is diagnosed by using this method. The accurate results are obtained and the corresponding treatment measures and guidance are given. This method has important guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment of rotor misalignment of turbogenerator sets.
