【摘要】:柔性制造系統(tǒng)(FMS)是集微電子技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、通信技術(shù)、機(jī)械與控制技術(shù)于一體的具有高自動(dòng)化程度的制造系統(tǒng)。柔性制造系統(tǒng)一般是指在批量切削加工中以先進(jìn)的自動(dòng)化和高水平的柔性為目標(biāo)的制造系統(tǒng)。與舊式的自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)相比,柔性制造系統(tǒng)可適用于多品種產(chǎn)品的中小批量生產(chǎn),它減少了勞動(dòng)力成本、節(jié)約了生產(chǎn)成本,提高了機(jī)床的利用率,縮短了中間產(chǎn)品庫(kù)存的時(shí)間。同時(shí)根據(jù)實(shí)際需要這種系統(tǒng)可以隨意裝拆和增加新的功能單元。 本論文所研究的柔性制造系統(tǒng)屬于生產(chǎn)實(shí)訓(xùn)系統(tǒng),其主要的使用對(duì)象是大專院校的學(xué)生,目的是讓學(xué)生盡可能多的了解專業(yè)知識(shí),并使學(xué)生將所學(xué)的理論知識(shí)付諸于實(shí)踐;谶@種目的,本文主要對(duì)柔性制造系統(tǒng)的傳輸線單元進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析和研究。在調(diào)研國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上,探究了柔性制造系統(tǒng)的整體構(gòu)架及原理。論文重點(diǎn)研究了柔性制造系統(tǒng)傳輸線單元各種傳輸形式的結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)成、功能及工作原理,完成了O形帶傳輸單元、V帶傳輸單元、平帶傳輸單元、鏈傳動(dòng)單元、O形帶轉(zhuǎn)角單元、氣動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)角單元和滾筒轉(zhuǎn)角單元等關(guān)鍵部位的設(shè)計(jì),同時(shí)對(duì)傳輸線單元的控制部分進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),并詳細(xì)分析了氣動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)角單元的氣動(dòng)控制和PLC控制的實(shí)現(xiàn)形式。 本柔性制造系統(tǒng)的傳輸線單元,是柔性制造系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)部分。柔性制造系統(tǒng)的其他各功能單元都是以傳輸線單元為依托來(lái)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)造的,傳輸線將各功能單元連接成一個(gè)有機(jī)的整體。傳輸線單元結(jié)構(gòu)部分的設(shè)計(jì)研究為學(xué)生了解傳輸線單元的各種傳動(dòng)形式及其特點(diǎn)和使用場(chǎng)合提供了實(shí)訓(xùn)信息平臺(tái)。傳輸線單元控制部分的設(shè)計(jì)研究,可以實(shí)訓(xùn)氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行元件和控制元件的使用方法和氣動(dòng)控制回路的簡(jiǎn)單設(shè)計(jì),并可初步掌握可編程控制器的使用方法和工作原理。 本柔性制造系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)和應(yīng)用對(duì)高校培養(yǎng)動(dòng)手能力強(qiáng)、素質(zhì)高的卓越人才,普及先進(jìn)制造技術(shù),加速我國(guó)制造業(yè)的發(fā)展具有深遠(yuǎn)的意義。
[Abstract]:FMS (flexible Manufacturing system) is a collection of microelectronics technology, computer technology, communications technology, A manufacturing system with a high degree of automation that integrates mechanical and control technologies. Flexible manufacturing systems generally refer to manufacturing systems that aim at advanced automation and a high level of flexibility in batch cutting. Compared with automated production systems, Flexible manufacturing system is suitable for medium and small batch production of a variety of products. It reduces labor cost, saves production cost, and improves the utilization rate of machine tools. This system can be installed and disassembled and new function units can be added according to the actual need. The flexible manufacturing system studied in this paper belongs to the production practice training system, and its main use object is the students of colleges and universities, the purpose is to let the students know as much professional knowledge as possible. For this purpose, this paper mainly analyzes and studies the transmission line unit of flexible manufacturing system. On the basis of investigating the present situation and development trend of domestic and foreign research, the paper makes the students put into practice the theoretical knowledge they have learned. The whole frame and principle of flexible manufacturing system are discussed in this paper. The structure, function and working principle of transmission line unit of flexible manufacturing system are studied, and the V-band transmission unit of O-band transmission unit is completed. The design of the key parts such as flat belt transmission unit, chain transmission unit, O shape belt angle unit, pneumatic angle unit and drum angle unit, and the control part of transmission line unit are also designed. The actualization of pneumatic control and PLC control of pneumatic angle unit is analyzed in detail. The transmission line unit of the flexible manufacturing system is the basic part of the flexible manufacturing system. All other functional units of the flexible manufacturing system are designed and constructed on the basis of the transmission line unit. The design of transmission line unit structure provides a practical training information platform for students to understand various transmission forms, characteristics and applications of transmission line unit. The Design and Research of the Control part of Transmission Line Unit, It can train the use method of pneumatic actuator and control element and the simple design of pneumatic control loop, and can master the use method and working principle of programmable controller. The R & D and application of this flexible manufacturing system is of great significance to colleges and universities in training outstanding talents with strong practical ability and high quality popularizing advanced manufacturing technology and accelerating the development of manufacturing industry in China.
