【摘要】：在普通人力輪椅之上增加前輪的電動轉(zhuǎn)向驅(qū)動和手動轉(zhuǎn)向裝置,增加后輪電動驅(qū)動裝置,機械傳動裝置包括鏈輪鏈條、絲杠螺母,行程開關(guān)等。機械設(shè)計首先進行三維樣機和仿真設(shè)計,最終制造出成品。采用自動控制和手動雙重工作方式的思想實現(xiàn)電動輪椅的設(shè)計制造,保留原輪椅的手動剎車等實用功能。
[Abstract]:The electric steering drive and manual steering device of the front wheel and the electric drive device of the rear wheel are added on the common human wheelchair. The mechanical transmission device includes the chain wheel chain and the screw nut. Stroke switch and so on. The mechanical design first carries on the three-dimensional prototype and the simulation design, finally produces the finished product. Uses the automatic control and the manual dual working mode thought realizes the electric wheelchair design and manufacture. Retain the manual brake of the original wheelchair and other practical functions.
