【摘要】:隨著世界經(jīng)濟一體化的形成,中國潛在的巨大市場和豐富的勞動力資源,使得國外的技術、資金、產(chǎn)品大量涌入中國,不管是外資企業(yè)還是中國本土企業(yè),都面臨空前的激烈競爭局面。競爭要求企業(yè)產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代快、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量高、價格低、交貨及時、服務好。而價格,主要是產(chǎn)品的成本,成為客戶考慮的首要條件。誰在成本方面有優(yōu)勢,誰就最有可能贏得市場。而成本,主要是在設計階段就確定了的。因此,研究面向總成本的設計,對企業(yè)發(fā)展和技術進步,都具有重要意義。 本文在研究面向成本設計的基礎上,受采購組織決策時總成本概念的啟發(fā),提出面向總成本設計這一新的概念,著重論述了面向總成本設計這一理論在起動機研發(fā)中的應用。 首先,本文簡要介紹了課題研究的背景及起動機行業(yè)發(fā)展,和面向成本設計發(fā)展狀況,結合起動機新產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)過程,提出了面向總成本(DFTC)設計這一理論并闡述了起動機面向總成本設計理論及應用的研究內(nèi)容與技術路線。它研究總成本的概念、組成框架、以及成本估算策略、成本估算方法等,運用作業(yè)成本估算法分析各零部件可能會發(fā)生的制造成本、裝配成本等信息,為概念設計提供設計決策。 其次,本文講述了在起動機產(chǎn)品開發(fā)整個流程中,如何應用DFTC,對起動機公司及零部件供應商生產(chǎn)企業(yè)從設計、生產(chǎn)、到銷售進行面向總成本設計的實例進行研究,通過對各子件進行的成本估算,計算產(chǎn)品總成本,進而對不同的產(chǎn)品設計方案進行分析比較,選取合適的設計方案或進一步進行設計優(yōu)化。然后,本文著重介紹了面向總成本設計實現(xiàn)的關鍵技術及相關工具,以及如何利用作業(yè)成本估算法(ABC)計算零件成本并分析產(chǎn)品總成本,如何利用面向6西格瑪設計來降低質(zhì)量成本。 最后,將面向總成本設計應用于起動機研發(fā)中,以幾個零件設計實例來說明DFTC的應用。在DFTC應用中綜合考慮產(chǎn)品功能性與經(jīng)濟性,最終實現(xiàn)了順利完成設計任務,滿足市場客戶需求和企業(yè)發(fā)展要求。 本文結尾對全文的研究工作進行了總結,并對未來的研究方向和相關領域進行了展望。面向總成本設計是現(xiàn)在和未來制造業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展必不可少的設計方法和理念。
[Abstract]:With the formation of world economic integration, China's potential huge market and abundant labor resources, make foreign technology, funds, products into China, whether foreign enterprises or local enterprises. All of them are faced with unprecedented fierce competition. Competition requires enterprises to upgrade quickly, high quality products, low prices, timely delivery, good service. And the price, mainly the cost of products. Who has the advantage in the cost, who is most likely to win the market. And the cost, mainly determined in the design stage. Therefore, the study of total cost oriented design. It is of great significance to the development of enterprises and technological progress. Based on the study of cost oriented design and inspired by the concept of total cost in purchasing organization decision-making, this paper proposes a new concept of total cost oriented design. The application of the theory of total cost design in the development of starter is emphasized. First of all, this paper briefly introduces the background of the subject and the development of starter industry, and the development of cost-oriented design, combined with the process of research and development of new starter products. The theory of total cost oriented design (DFTC) is put forward, and the research content and technical route of its application are expounded. The concept and framework of total cost are studied. The cost estimation strategy and the cost estimation method are used to analyze the possible manufacturing cost and assembly cost of each component and to provide design decision for conceptual design. Secondly, this paper describes how to apply DFTC in the whole process of starter product development, and how to design and produce the starter company and parts supplier. Through the cost estimation of each sub-part, the total product cost is calculated, and then the different product design schemes are analyzed and compared. Select the appropriate design scheme or further design optimization. Then, this paper focuses on the overall cost oriented design implementation of the key technologies and related tools. How to calculate the cost of parts and analyze the total cost of product by ABC, and how to reduce the cost of quality by using 6 Sigma design. Finally, the total cost oriented design is applied to the development of starter, and the application of DFTC is illustrated by several design examples of parts. In the application of DFTC, the function and economy of the product are considered synthetically. Finally, the design task was successfully completed to meet the needs of market customers and enterprise development. At the end of this paper, the research work of this paper is summarized. The research direction and related fields in the future are prospected. Total cost oriented design is an indispensable design method and concept for the sustainable development of manufacturing industry in the present and future.
