核電站高壓注射氣體隔離閥啟動力矩的研究

【摘要】:高壓注射氣體隔離閥是某類核電站核島安全保護系統(tǒng)泄壓管線的關鍵設備之一,其作用是在事故狀態(tài)下及時準確得完成開啟,實現管道泄壓,對核電站的安全運行起著重要的保護作用。國內某核電站在更換了高壓注射氣體隔離閥的閥座等易損件后,出現了閥門不能在規(guī)定時間內開啟的問題,經分析確定了更換的閥座備件導致了閥門的啟動力矩過大,進而造成了閥門不能正常開啟。據了解,此類閥門及閥座均由國外企業(yè)生產,我國核電企業(yè)對于此類閥門啟動力矩分析方法及閥座對啟動力矩影響情況并不明確。本文基于以上背景,以此類高壓注射氣體隔離閥為研究對象,對閥門的啟動力矩和閥座對于啟動力矩的影響情況進行了研究,主要研究工作和結果如下: (1)以現有的兩類聚甲醛閥座為測試對象,試驗測試閥座材料的壓縮力學性能、壓縮性能時間效應、摩擦性能及摩擦性能的時間效應,對比兩類閥座材料性能的差別,并為數值模擬計算提供合適的材料性能參數。試驗表明:兩類閥座材料的力學性能存在一定差別,并且材料力學性能具有時間效應;兩類閥座材料的摩擦性能基本一致,且摩擦性能也存在時間效應。 (2)利用ABAQUS有限元分析軟件,模擬計算了閥門在不同密封狀態(tài)下,球體與閥座之間的接觸受力情況及閥門的啟動力矩,計算了相關影響因素對啟動力矩的影響,最終分析確定了一種啟動力矩計算方法。結果表明:閥門的啟動力矩隨加載時間的延長而增大,其原因是閥座材料力學性能和摩擦性能的時間效應的雙重作用;閥座材料性能因素和結構尺寸因素通過影響閥座與球體間的作用力,進而影響閥門的啟動力矩;在出口側閥座密封狀態(tài)下,閥座結構尺寸因素對啟動力矩影響較大,而材料性能因素影響程度有限;在入口側閥座密封狀態(tài)下,閥座材料性能因素和結構尺寸因素均對啟動力矩有顯著影響。 (3)設計開發(fā)了閥門模擬試驗裝置及啟動力矩測試方法,通過試驗的方式測試分析閥門的啟動力矩、預緊位移-預緊力,并驗證有限元數值模擬計算的可靠性。試驗表明;在恒定載荷下,閥門的啟動力矩具有時間效應,啟動力矩隨加載時間的延長而增大;試驗結果與模擬計算的結果吻合度較高,證明了有限元計算的可靠性;本試驗裝置和試驗方法可用于閥座備件的驗收評定,具有較高的實用價值。
[Abstract]:High pressure injection gas isolating valve is one of the key equipment of the nuclear island safety protection system in a certain nuclear power plant. Its function is to complete the opening in time and accurately under the accident state to realize the pipeline pressure relief. It plays an important role in protecting the safe operation of the nuclear power station. After replacing the seat of the high-pressure injection gas isolating valve, the valve can not be opened in the specified time. It is determined by analysis that the replacement valve seat spare parts cause the valve to start the torque too big, then caused the valve not to open normally. According to the understanding, this kind of valve and the valve seat are produced by the foreign enterprise. The starting torque analysis method of this kind of valve and the influence of valve seat on the starting torque are not clear in the nuclear power enterprises of our country. Based on the above background, this paper takes this kind of high-pressure injection gas isolating valve as the research object. The effects of valve starting torque and valve seat on starting torque are studied. The main work and results are as follows: 1) taking the existing two kinds of polyformaldehyde valve seats as test objects, the compression mechanical properties, compression time effects, friction properties and time effects of friction properties of seat materials are tested. The difference between the two kinds of seat materials is compared, and suitable material performance parameters are provided for numerical simulation. The test shows that there are some differences in mechanical properties between the two kinds of seat materials. The mechanical properties of materials have time effect. The friction properties of the two types of seat materials are basically the same, and the friction performance also has time effect. 2) the contact force between the ball and the valve seat and the starting moment of the valve are simulated and calculated by using the ABAQUS finite element analysis software under different sealing conditions. The influence of relevant factors on the starting torque is calculated and a method for calculating the starting torque is finally analyzed. The results show that the starting torque of the valve increases with the extension of loading time. The reason is the double effect of time effect of mechanical properties and friction properties of seat materials. The valve seat material performance factor and the structure dimension factor influence the valve starting moment by influencing the force between the valve seat and the ball. Under the condition of outlet side seat seal, the influence of seat structure size on starting torque is greater, while material performance factor is limited. In the entrance side seat seal condition, the material performance factor and the structure dimension factor of the seat have significant influence on the starting moment. Design and development of the valve simulation test device and start torque test method, through the test method of testing and analysis of valve starting torque, pre-tightening displacement-pretightening force. The reliability of finite element numerical simulation is verified. Under constant load, the starting torque of the valve has a time effect, and the starting torque increases with the extension of loading time. The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulated results, which proves the reliability of the finite element method. This test device and test method can be used for the acceptance evaluation of seat spare parts, and have high practical value.
