【摘要】:本文主要研究了滾子偏斜對滾動軸承潤滑的影響。全文共包括四個部分,即陶瓷球軸承的熱彈流潤滑分析;滾子偏斜的等溫彈流潤滑分析;滾子偏斜的熱彈流潤滑分析;偏斜滾子副的實驗研究。 首先,利用多重網(wǎng)格法和逐列掃描法,得到了陶瓷球軸承的點接觸熱彈性流體動力潤滑完全數(shù)值解,并且對兩種軸承做了比較。結果表明:第一,軸承的載荷與轉速會對接觸區(qū)的壓力、膜厚和溫度產(chǎn)生影響。第二,軸承的熱效應是不能忽略的。第三,在相同壓力和轉速的情況下,,陶瓷球軸承相比全鋼軸承而言,油膜要厚,溫度要低,具有一定的優(yōu)越性。 其次,基于偏斜滾子與無限大平面間形成的有限長線接觸模型,考慮了滾子力矩平衡,給出了在等溫彈流潤滑條件下偏斜角、速度、載荷與偏距對油膜壓力和膜厚分布的影響。在此基礎上,分析了圓柱滾子軸承中偏斜滾子與內外圈接觸的等溫彈流潤滑情況。討論了油膜壓力和膜厚隨偏斜角、軸承轉速、滾子所受載荷、滾子尺寸等的變化情況。結果表明,滾子偏斜易引起滾子與套圈間的偏磨,對潤滑不利。 然后,在等溫基礎上,考慮熱效應,分別對偏斜滾子與無限大平面接觸和軸承內外圈接觸的熱彈流潤滑問題進行了分析。給出了油膜壓力、膜厚和溫度在不同條件下的分布情況。分析表明,在滾子偏斜條件下,熱效應對滾動軸承的潤滑性能更加不利,因此,在滾子偏斜條件下熱效應是不能忽略。 最后,為了驗證理論結果,利用設有特殊調傾裝置的滾子副油膜測量試驗機,完成了滾子偏斜條件下的油膜光干涉實驗。給出了滾子在不同偏斜角、卷吸速度和載荷條件下的油膜分布情況,并進行了相應的分析,驗證了理論結果的正確性。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the influence of roller deflection on rolling bearing lubrication. The full text includes four parts: Thermal Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication Analysis of ceramic ball bearing, Isothermal Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication Analysis of roller skew, thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication analysis of roller skew, and experimental research of skewed roller pair.
First of all, and the column scanning method using multigrid method, the solution of thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication numerical ceramic ball bearing contact, and two kinds of bearings were compared. The results showed that: first, load and speed of the bearing of contact pressure, film thickness and temperature affect second. The thermal effect, bearing can not be ignored. In third, at the same pressure and speed, compared to the full ceramic ball bearing steel bearing, oil film thick, low temperature, has certain advantages.
Secondly, the formation of finite line contact model and the infinite plane deflection roller on the basis of the consideration of the roller torque balance, are given in the Isothermal EHL condition of angle, speed, load and offset on the oil film pressure and film thickness distribution. On this basis, analysis of the situation of Isothermal EHL cylindrical roller bearing deflection in contact with the inner ring and the outer ring of the roller. The oil film pressure and film thickness with the deflection angle, roller bearing speed, load, the change of roller size. The results show that the roller deflection caused by eccentric wear between the roller and the ring, on the lubrication disadvantage.
Then, on the basis of isothermal, considering thermal effect, thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication of deflection roller and infinite contact plane and the inner and outer rings of bearing contact is analyzed. Given the oil film pressure, film thickness and temperature distribution under different conditions. The results show that, in the roller deflection condition, thermal effect the lubrication performance of rolling bearing more unfavorable, therefore, can not be ignored in the thermal effect of roller deflection conditions.
Finally, in order to verify the theoretical results, roller oil film measurement test machine is equipped with a special device by the regulation, completed under the condition of oil film roller deflection of light interference. Rollers are given in different angle, the volume distribution of oil film absorption speed and load conditions, and analyzed. Verify the correctness of the theoretical results.
