【摘要】：振興裝備制造業(yè),實質(zhì)是要提升其產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力,本文以波特的“鉆石理論”模型為基礎(chǔ)對決定貴州裝備制造業(yè)競爭力的各關(guān)鍵要素進行分析,對其產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力水平進行測度和評價,找出貴州裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展過程中存在的各種優(yōu)勢和劣勢,提升其競爭力的方向和重點,并研究出應(yīng)采取的相關(guān)對策,以促進貴州裝備制造業(yè)競爭力的提升。 本文的第一章是緒論,介紹本文的寫作背景和研究意義,綜述國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究,介紹本文的研究內(nèi)容、方法和創(chuàng)新之處。第二章是基本理論,介紹產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的基礎(chǔ)理論,產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的內(nèi)涵,為下面的研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。第三章是貴州裝備制造業(yè)的“鉆石理論”模型分析,以波特的“鉆石理論”模型為基礎(chǔ)對決定貴州裝備制造業(yè)競爭力的各關(guān)鍵要素進行分析,找出其競爭力提升中具有的優(yōu)勢和存在的問題,分析其原因。第四章是貴州裝備制造業(yè)競爭力測度和評價,在借鑒前人的研究基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)裝備制造業(yè)自身的特點,選取合理的評價指標(biāo),對其競爭力進行測度,并評價其優(yōu)勢和劣勢,分析其原因。第五章是貴州裝備制造業(yè)競爭力提升對策,在前面研究的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)貴州裝備制造業(yè)競爭力提升的方向和重點,并提出提升貴州裝備制造業(yè)競爭力的思路和對策。第六章是總結(jié)和展望,總結(jié)全文的研究結(jié)論,展望后續(xù)研究的方向。 本文運用宏觀經(jīng)濟學(xué)、微觀經(jīng)濟學(xué)、投資學(xué)、金融學(xué)、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟學(xué)、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟學(xué)、統(tǒng)計學(xué)等的基本理論,采取定性和定量、實證和規(guī)范相結(jié)合的研究方法以及比較研究分析法,對如何提升貴州裝備制造業(yè)的競爭力進行深刻全面的分析研究。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處有三。一是以波特的“鉆石理論”模型對決定貴州裝備制造業(yè)競爭力的各關(guān)鍵因素進行全面深刻的分析,這在現(xiàn)有的對于貴州裝備制造業(yè)競爭力的相關(guān)研究中很少見到。二是本文在借鑒前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)貴州裝備制造業(yè)自身的特點,創(chuàng)建了本文的產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力評價指標(biāo),并對貴州裝備制造業(yè)各行業(yè)的競爭力進行了評價和分析。三是分析產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力應(yīng)即分析產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)實競爭力即競爭力已經(jīng)實現(xiàn)的程度,也應(yīng)分析影響產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的各因素,如此才能全面準(zhǔn)確的得出提升產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的具體措施。已有的研究大多或只通過評價產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力實現(xiàn)的程度粗略得出產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中的各種優(yōu)劣勢及其原因,或只通過對影響產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的各因素進行分析得出產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中的各種優(yōu)劣勢及其原因,這些都難免有失偏頗,本文即定量分析現(xiàn)實的產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力也定性結(jié)合定量分析了影響產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的各因素,并將兩方面分析較好的結(jié)合起來,從而能較全面準(zhǔn)確的分析出產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中的各種優(yōu)劣勢及其原因。 本文通過基于波特“鉆石理論”對決定貴州裝備制造業(yè)競爭力的各關(guān)鍵要素及貴州裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的分析,可以得出,在貴州裝備制造業(yè)的“鉆石理論”模型中,人力資源欠缺,高技術(shù)人才缺口很大；知識資源不夠,各相關(guān)研發(fā)機構(gòu)數(shù)量過少,科技服務(wù)體系建設(shè)有待加強；資本資源供應(yīng)不足,對裝備制造業(yè)的資金支持不夠；交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,相關(guān)物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,信息化基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)有待加強；市場需求多種多樣,貴州本地市場存在特色需求,需求量大,且需求成長迅速,但貴州裝備制造業(yè)未能很好的瞄準(zhǔn)市場,抓住時機；相關(guān)及支持性產(chǎn)業(yè)不夠發(fā)達(dá),實力不強,對裝備制造業(yè)的支持性不強；企業(yè)性質(zhì)主要以國有及國有控股企業(yè)為主,且以軍工企業(yè)為主,國有企業(yè)體制不活,與地方企業(yè)的合作與融合不夠,其他性質(zhì)的企業(yè)又過少,更導(dǎo)致貴州裝備制造業(yè)企業(yè)缺乏活力,目標(biāo)不明確,戰(zhàn)略角度不高,又缺乏足夠的競爭意識；貴州裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展面臨較好的機遇,政府對裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展起到了較好的引導(dǎo)和支持作用,但也有不少的不足之處；“鉆石理論”模型中各關(guān)鍵要素均存在諸多不足之處,致使貴州裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度不高,未能形成真正的有較強競爭力的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。 本文通過對貴州裝備制造業(yè)競爭力的評價和分析,可以得出,貴州裝備制造業(yè)各類行業(yè)都存在著投資不足,致使產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模太小,工業(yè)總產(chǎn)值、工業(yè)增加值、產(chǎn)品銷售收入過低,以致很難獲得較高的利潤總額,市場占有率也很難提高；另外,從工業(yè)增加值率、全員勞動生產(chǎn)率看,貴州裝備制造業(yè)各類行業(yè)除去交通運輸設(shè)備制造業(yè)中的航空航天器制造外,生產(chǎn)效率都不高；從總資產(chǎn)貢獻率、成本費用利潤率看,貴州裝備制造業(yè)各類行業(yè)的獲利能力都很低。 最后,本文針對分析得出的結(jié)論,提出了提升貴州裝備制造業(yè)競爭力的相關(guān)對策：政府要搞好全省相關(guān)人力資源建設(shè)；加強知識資源建設(shè),完善社會化科技服務(wù)體系；改善投融資環(huán)境,加強引導(dǎo)各種資金進駐裝備制造業(yè)；加大財稅扶持和招商引資力度；抓緊各項相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)；加大資源整合力度,深化企業(yè)改革；優(yōu)化各類園區(qū)服務(wù)環(huán)境,促進產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展；企業(yè)要努力建設(shè)好企業(yè)自身的人才隊伍；加大創(chuàng)新力度,提高技術(shù)水平；軍工企業(yè)要加強與當(dāng)?shù)仄髽I(yè)的結(jié)合；裝備制造企業(yè)間要加強交流合作；裝備制造企業(yè)要重視培育競爭意識；企業(yè)應(yīng)優(yōu)化自身的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,把握發(fā)展機會。 對于貴州裝備制造業(yè)競爭力提升的研究,還可沿著以下一些方向繼續(xù)深入：一是在基于波特“鉆石理論”模型對決定貴州裝備制造業(yè)競爭力的各關(guān)鍵要素進行分析上,可以在數(shù)據(jù)和資料更詳實的基礎(chǔ)上繼續(xù)深入。二是在對競爭力評價指標(biāo)體系的建立上,可在數(shù)據(jù)和資料更加充足及對相關(guān)理論進行更深入全面的研究的基礎(chǔ)上建立更合理的指標(biāo)體系。三是為了提升競爭力,可對裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進行深入分析。
[Abstract]:Based on Porter ' s " Diamond Theory " model , this paper analyzes the key factors that determine the competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry in Guizhou , measures and evaluates the competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry in Guizhou , and finds out the advantages and disadvantages existing in the development process of the equipment manufacturing industry in Guizhou , points out the direction and the emphasis of its competitiveness , and studies the relevant countermeasures that should be taken to promote the competitiveness of Guizhou ' s equipment manufacturing industry . The first chapter of this paper is introduction , introduces the writing background and research significance of this paper , summarizes the research contents , methods and innovations of Guizhou equipment manufacturing industry . This paper applies the basic theories of macro economics , micro economics , investment science , finance , industry economics , regional economics , statistics and so on , and takes qualitative and quantitative , empirical and normative research methods and comparative research analysis method to carry out a profound and comprehensive analysis on how to improve the competitiveness of Guizhou equipment manufacturing industry . This paper makes a comprehensive and profound analysis on the key factors that determine the competitiveness of Guizhou equipment manufacturing industry by Porter ' s " Diamond Theory " model . Based on Porter ' s " Diamond Theory " , this paper analyzes the key factors that determine the competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry in Guizhou and the analysis of Guizhou equipment manufacturing industry cluster . Based on the evaluation and analysis of the competitiveness of Guizhou equipment manufacturing industry , it can be concluded that there are not enough investment in all kinds of industries in Guizhou equipment manufacturing industry , so that the industrial scale is too small , the industrial output value , the industrial added value and the sales income of the product are too low , so that it is difficult to obtain the higher total profit and the market share is very difficult to improve ; moreover , the profit ability of various industries in Guizhou equipment manufacturing industry is low from the contribution rate of the total assets and the profit margin of cost . Finally , based on the conclusion drawn from the analysis , this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of Guizhou ' s equipment manufacturing industry . The government should do well in the construction of relevant human resources in the province , strengthen the construction of knowledge resources , improve the service system of socialized science and technology , improve the investment and financing environment , strengthen the development of industrial clusters , strengthen the integration of various kinds of parks and promote the development of industrial clusters . On the basis of Porter ' s " Diamond Theory " model , a more reasonable index system can be established based on Porter ' s " Diamond Theory " model to determine the competitiveness of Guizhou equipment manufacturing industry .
