【摘要】:CAD(計算機輔助設計)技術的應用在制造業(yè)中起著重要作用,,是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)在市場激烈競爭中獲勝的關鍵技術之一。隨著計算機技術的飛速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下的C A D技術已經(jīng)日漸成熟;诰W(wǎng)絡的協(xié)同設計,使設計者相互之間突破地理位置的限制,達到了設計信息的交流與共享。隨著企業(yè)信息化的呼聲愈來愈高,許多企業(yè)也建立起了相應的CAD軟件平臺,并應用CAD軟件進行產(chǎn)品的設計和分析,取得了明顯的效果。但現(xiàn)有的CAD軟件沒有針對特定的設計對象和對設計信息的交流與共享提出解決方案,對設計人員提高產(chǎn)品的效率和質(zhì)量有一定的影響。因此,建立一個既能共享信息又能協(xié)作設計的開發(fā)環(huán)境已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)品設計研究的一個重要方面。 本文在討論了網(wǎng)絡化的協(xié)同設計技術和現(xiàn)代CAD技術的基礎上,結(jié)合汽車起重機設計的實際需求建立了網(wǎng)絡化的汽車起重機協(xié)同設計系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)以.NET為平臺,在后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫的支持下,為協(xié)同設計用戶提供在線設計、網(wǎng)絡三維建模、在線實時交流和資源共享等服務,系統(tǒng)把這些服務以網(wǎng)頁的形式集成和封裝成不同的子系統(tǒng),用戶可以通過超鏈接來訪問不同的子系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)以汽車起重機伸縮臂為例開發(fā)了其參數(shù)化設計子系統(tǒng),該子系統(tǒng)將計算過程封裝為頁面處理程序,用戶輸入關鍵參數(shù)后自動計算出伸縮臂的其他參數(shù);本系統(tǒng)根據(jù)三維軟件SolidWorks提供的API函數(shù),用VB.NET語言在.NET環(huán)境下對其進行二次開發(fā),把對伸縮臂的各個部件的開發(fā)程序封裝成不同的網(wǎng)絡應用程序,協(xié)同設計用戶只需要在網(wǎng)頁中輸入各個部件對應的關鍵參數(shù),服務器就可以根據(jù)用戶輸入的信息調(diào)用三維造型軟件進行網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下的三維建模;本文在對汽車起重機伸縮臂零部件進行分析后,建立了汽車起重機零部件三維模型庫,服務器可以對零部件的綜合信息進行有效的管理。 本文根據(jù)協(xié)同設計技術的交流性和共享性特點,充分結(jié)合協(xié)同設計工具,將其與本系統(tǒng)有效的集成,進而實現(xiàn)協(xié)同設計用戶之間、協(xié)同設計用戶與服務器間的信息交流與共享。文中以汽車起重機的伸縮臂的協(xié)同設計為例,驗證了系統(tǒng)設計方案的正確性和可行性。
[Abstract]:The application of CAD (computer aided Design) technology plays an important role in the manufacturing industry and is one of the key technologies for modern enterprises to win in the fierce market competition. With the rapid development of computer technology. The technology of C A D in network environment has matured day by day. Collaborative design based on network makes designers break through the limitation of geographical location. The exchange and sharing of design information has been achieved. With the increasing demand of enterprise informatization, many enterprises have also established the corresponding CAD software platform, and used CAD software to design and analyze the products. But the existing CAD software does not provide solutions for specific design objects and the exchange and sharing of design information. It has a certain influence on designers to improve the efficiency and quality of products. Therefore, it has become an important aspect of modern product design research to establish a development environment that can share information and design collaboratively. This paper discusses the cooperative design technology based on network and modern CAD technology. A networked collaborative design system for truck cranes is established based on .NET platform and with the support of background database, which provides online design for collaborative design users in combination with the actual requirements of the design of truck cranes. Web 3D modeling, online real-time communication and resource sharing services, the system integrates and encapsulates these services in the form of web pages into different subsystems. Users can access different subsystems through hyperlinks. The system takes the telescopic boom of truck crane as an example to develop its parameterized design subsystem which encapsulates the calculation process into a page processing program. The other parameters of the telescopic arm are automatically calculated after the key parameters are input by the user. According to the API function provided by 3D software SolidWorks, the system is redeveloped in .NET environment with VB.NET language. The development program of each component of the telescopic arm is encapsulated into different network applications, and the cooperative design user only needs to input the corresponding key parameters of each component in the web page. The server can call the 3D modeling software according to the information input by the user to carry on the 3D modeling under the network environment; After analyzing the parts of the telescopic jib of the automobile crane, a 3D model base of the parts of the crane is established in this paper. The server can effectively manage the comprehensive information of the parts. According to the communication and sharing characteristics of collaborative design technology, this paper fully integrates the collaborative design tools with the system, and then realizes the collaborative design between users. This paper takes the collaborative design of the telescopic boom of the truck crane as an example to verify the correctness and feasibility of the system design scheme.
