【摘要】：制造業(yè)競爭的日益全球化及市場的更加成熟和理性,對產(chǎn)品設(shè)計提出了更新、更高的要求。如何利用已有的設(shè)計經(jīng)驗和設(shè)計知識快速、有效地開發(fā)出新產(chǎn)品已成為企業(yè)迫切需要解決的問題。堆垛機作為立體倉庫的核心設(shè)備,其產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代的速度隨著物流業(yè)快速的發(fā)展也越來越快,如何快速響應(yīng)市場需求,成為堆垛機制造企業(yè)急需解決的問題。在太原剛玉物流工程有限公司的協(xié)助下,對其公司的堆垛機產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、特點進行了深入研究,根據(jù)產(chǎn)品系列化程度較高的特點,將產(chǎn)品設(shè)計知識、經(jīng)驗以一定的規(guī)則形式進行表達并儲存,基于這些設(shè)計知識,以SolidWorks 2010為平臺,利用Visual Basic 6.O開發(fā)了堆垛機金屬結(jié)構(gòu)快速設(shè)計系統(tǒng),滿足了企業(yè)要求。論文主要工作如下: 1.介紹了論文的研究背景、目的及意義,分析了國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,闡述了論文的研究內(nèi)容,提出了論文的組織結(jié)構(gòu); 2.基礎(chǔ)理論方面:研究了知識重用原理、配置設(shè)計理論、工程圖調(diào)優(yōu)理論以及系統(tǒng)二次開發(fā)的理論。針對知識重用理論,重點研究了知識的基本概念、分類、表示、堆垛機設(shè)計知識的分類以及表示等,并依此建立了基于關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫的堆垛機設(shè)計知識庫; 3.技術(shù)應(yīng)用方面:研究并提出了系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)所采用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),包括基于實例的推理技術(shù)、基于RBR的標準件自動裝配技術(shù)、基于過程的交互式特征建模技術(shù)、模塊化設(shè)計技術(shù)、配置設(shè)計技術(shù)以及工程圖自動調(diào)優(yōu)技術(shù)等; 4.參數(shù)化程序開發(fā)方面:在深入研究堆垛機金屬結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計計算原理和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計功能的基礎(chǔ)上,開發(fā)了堆垛機設(shè)計計算程序、設(shè)計知識庫資源調(diào)用程序、參數(shù)設(shè)置程序、模型匹配和驅(qū)動程序以及工程圖調(diào)優(yōu)程序等; 5.在上述理論、技術(shù)及參數(shù)化程序的基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)了基于知識重用的堆垛機快速設(shè)計系統(tǒng),通過實例詳細介紹了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方案、系統(tǒng)各功能模塊的開發(fā)過程及系統(tǒng)操作流程。
[Abstract]:With the help of Taiyuan corundum logistics engineering Co . , Ltd . 1 . The research background , purpose and significance of the thesis are introduced , the present situation of the research at home and abroad is analyzed , the research contents of the thesis are expounded , and the organization structure of the paper is put forward . 2 . Basic theory : the theory of knowledge reuse , the theory of configuration design , the theory of drawing tuning and the theory of secondary development of the system are studied . According to the theory of knowledge reuse , the basic concept , classification , representation , classification and representation of knowledge are studied , and the knowledge base of stacker design based on relational database is established . 3 . The technology application aspect : research and put forward the key technology of system realization , including case - based reasoning technology , RBR - based standard part automatic assembly technology , process - based interactive feature modeling technology , modular design technology , configuration design technology and automatic optimization technology of engineering drawing , etc . ; 4 . On the development of parametric programming : on the basis of the deep research on the design calculation principle and the system design function of the metal structure of the stacker , the design calculation program of the stacker is developed , the calling program of the knowledge base resource is designed , parameter setting program , model matching and driver , drawing tuning program , etc . ; 5 . Based on the above theory , technology and parameterization procedure , a rapid design system of stacker based on knowledge reuse was developed . The system design scheme , the development process of each functional module of the system and the operation flow of the system were introduced in detail .
