【摘要】:近年來,隨著中國社會的發(fā)展和工程建設(shè)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,起重安裝工程量越來越大,對起重機(jī)的需求越來越大,汽車起重機(jī)已經(jīng)成為各廠家主要發(fā)展對象。 本文以QY50P汽車起重機(jī)吊臂系統(tǒng)為研究對象。通過對吊臂系統(tǒng)的力學(xué)分析,建立吊臂系統(tǒng)的基本力學(xué)模型,并利用ANSYS軟件,建立吊臂系統(tǒng)有限元分析模型并進(jìn)行有限元分析。初步掌握吊臂系統(tǒng)力學(xué)模型及有限元分析模型的建立方法、簡化原則,并通過分析獲得吊臂系統(tǒng)的受力狀況、危險截面位置及對吊臂系統(tǒng)受力情況會產(chǎn)生不利影響的結(jié)構(gòu)形式。根據(jù)所得結(jié)果對吊臂系統(tǒng)設(shè)計提出合理性建議。 在此基礎(chǔ)上以通用有限元分析軟件為平臺引入了參數(shù)化思想,運用ANSYS自帶的參數(shù)化設(shè)計語言APDL完成對ANSYS的二次開發(fā),實現(xiàn)吊臂系統(tǒng)有限元分析的參數(shù)化。為降低分析過程中的工作量并提高分析效率,通過Visual Basic軟件對參數(shù)化的吊臂系統(tǒng)分析程序進(jìn)行封裝和界面化,實現(xiàn)了對有限元分析軟件ANSYS的調(diào)用與封裝,,從而形成參數(shù)化、專業(yè)化的吊臂系統(tǒng)有限元計算程序。 該程序封裝了所有ANSYS的操作,用戶只需要進(jìn)行設(shè)計變量的輸入,吊臂分析模型創(chuàng)建、有限元參數(shù)化分析流程文件、調(diào)用ANSYS計算都由程序自動完成,并能對起重機(jī)載荷表進(jìn)行自動計算和輸出。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of Chinese society and the expansion of engineering construction, the amount of lifting and installation works is increasing, and the demand for cranes is increasing. Truck cranes have become the main object of development of various manufacturers. In this paper, the jib system of QY50P truck crane is taken as the research object. Through the mechanical analysis of the jib system, the basic mechanical model of the boom system is established, and the ANSYS software is used. The finite element analysis model of the boom system is established and the finite element analysis is carried out. The method of establishing the mechanical model and the finite element analysis model of the boom system is preliminarily grasped, the simplified principle is obtained, and the stress condition of the boom system is obtained through the analysis. The dangerous section position and the structure form which will have a negative effect on the stress condition of the boom system. According to the results obtained, the reasonable suggestions for the design of the boom system are put forward. On this basis, the idea of parameterization is introduced on the platform of general finite element analysis software, and the secondary development of ANSYS is completed by using APDL, the parametric design language of ANSYS. In order to reduce the workload and improve the efficiency of the analysis, the finite element analysis of the boom system is parameterized. The parameterized system analysis program is encapsulated and interfaced by Visual Basic software, and the finite element analysis software ANSYS is called and encapsulated to form parameterization. Specialized finite element program for boom system. The program encapsulates all the operations of ANSYS. Users only need to input the design variables, create the analysis model of the boom, and parameterize the flow file of finite element analysis. The ANSYS calculation is done automatically by the program, and the load table of crane can be calculated and output automatically.
