小型液壓壓力機液壓控制系統(tǒng)設計及仿真(英文)

【摘要】:設計了一種采用PLC控制的小型液壓壓力機的液壓系統(tǒng),主要進行了系統(tǒng)設計、液壓缸內(nèi)徑的確定、PLC系統(tǒng)配置和選型以及控制程序設計,該系統(tǒng)主要特點在于響應快,高效率,操作方便,工作可靠。同時采用AMESim液壓機械仿真軟件對該液壓系統(tǒng)進行了仿真分析。仿真結(jié)果表明:在壓力機液壓系統(tǒng)設計中采用輔助缸來實現(xiàn)快速上下行,響應速度快,工作效率高,功率損失少,為液壓壓力機的液壓系統(tǒng)設計及其半自動化控制提供了一定的理論參考。
