非正交超精密切削加工金剛石刀具非均化磨損技術(shù)研究

本文考慮了在車床上采用旋轉(zhuǎn)獲得球面和刀具附加直線運動的加工方案,即非球面刀具的切削部分與切削層和加工層(平面、球面和非球面)的接觸條件。還嘗試根據(jù)切削條件和每個單獨點的接觸持續(xù)時間來分析預(yù)測金剛石刀具的可能磨損,這對于長期加工大塊零件特別重要。根據(jù)預(yù)期磨損的數(shù)據(jù),以及由此產(chǎn)生的刀具形狀變化及其切削零件特性,估計這些變化對加工表面形狀的影響。為了提高刀具壽命和加工表面性能,提出了軌跡和切削參數(shù)的修正建議。
