Al 2 O 3 /ZrO 2 涂層在熱等靜壓致密化TiAl基合金粉末過程中對碳鋼包套的影響(英文)

為了確保碳鋼包套在熱等靜壓致密化Ti Al基合金粉末過程中的可靠性,本研究利用熱噴涂的方法在20#鋼包套內(nèi)壁添加了Al2O3/ZrO2(A-Z)涂層,然后在熱等靜壓試驗(yàn)中,帶有A-Z涂層的20#鋼包套用于熱等靜壓致密化Ti-46Al-2Cr-2Nb-(W, B)預(yù)合金粉末,其工藝為:1523 K/2.5 h,130 MPa+1603 K/0.5 h/130 MPa。為了對比,利用沒有A-Z涂層的20#鋼包套在1523 K/3 h/130 MPa的工藝參數(shù)開展了熱等靜壓致密化試驗(yàn)。利用掃描電鏡、電子探針等設(shè)施對獲得的壓坯進(jìn)行了觀測和分析。結(jié)果表明:A-Z涂層的加入可以防止脆性金屬間化合物的形成。在熱等靜壓過程中,20#鋼包套中的Fe原子無法通過擴(kuò)散的方式與TiAl基合金中的鈦原子和鋁原子相遇。因此,20#鋼包套在熱等靜壓過程中的可靠性得到了保證。此外,通過利用添加A-Z涂層的鋼包套獲得了完全致密的TiAl基合金壓坯,壓坯呈現(xiàn)出了近全片層類型的微觀組織,其室溫下的抗拉強(qiáng)度和延伸率也分別突破了590 MPa和2.0%。
