數(shù)控車削中凈去除材料比能預(yù)測模型(英文)

建立了基于車削參數(shù)和刀具磨損的數(shù)控車削中凈去除材料比能預(yù)測模型,可在車削加工前預(yù)測計(jì)算凈去除材料能耗。在AISI 1045鋼車削試驗(yàn)中驗(yàn)證了該模型的預(yù)測精度。對比試驗(yàn)表明,該模型因?yàn)榭紤]了刀具磨損的影響,所以預(yù)測精度顯著提高。最后研究了車削參數(shù)和刀具磨損對凈去除材料比能的影響。隨著背吃刀量增加,凈去除材料比能降低。主軸轉(zhuǎn)速增加,使得數(shù)控車床主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)附加載荷損耗功率增加,所以凈去除材料比能增加。凈去除材料比能隨著刀具逐漸磨損近似呈線性增大。研究結(jié)果有助于制定高效節(jié)能的數(shù)控車削加工方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)低碳制造。
