鑄造Al-Si-Cu活塞合金在熱暴露過程中表面粗糙度的演變(英文)

將T6熱處理后的Al-Si-Cu活塞合金在400~550°C不同溫度的電阻爐中熱暴露2 h,借助表面粗糙度儀;金相和掃描電鏡以及XRD等分析手段研究了合金在熱暴露過程中表面粗糙度和微觀組織結(jié)構(gòu)的演變規(guī)律。實驗結(jié)果表明:合金的表面粗糙度和質(zhì)量隨著熱暴露溫度的升高而增加,當(dāng)熱暴露溫度低于500°C時,增長速率較慢;當(dāng)熱暴露溫度高于500°C時,增長速率急劇升高。合金表面粗糙度的演變與熱暴露過程中合金的相變和氧化密切相關(guān)。
