添加Fe元素改善TiAl-Nb合金的顯微組織和力學(xué)性能(英文)

為了提高TiAl-Nb合金的力學(xué)性能并優(yōu)化合金成分,熔煉制備不同含F(xiàn)e量(0,0.3,0.5,0.7,0.9和1.1,摩爾分?jǐn)?shù),%)Ti46Al5Nb0.1B合金試樣,系統(tǒng)研究合金的宏觀/顯微組織及壓縮力學(xué)性能。結(jié)果表明,Fe元素能細(xì)化晶粒、加重枝晶間的鋁偏析并在枝晶間形成富鐵B2相。室溫壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,合金Ti46Al5Nb0.3Fe0.1B具有最高的極限壓縮強(qiáng)度和斷裂應(yīng)變,分別為1869.5 MPa和33.53%。晶粒細(xì)化及Fe元素的固溶強(qiáng)化能提高合金的壓縮強(qiáng)度,γ相晶胞四方度降低及晶粒細(xì)化能提高合金的斷裂應(yīng)變;然而,添加過量Fe元素導(dǎo)致的鋁偏析會(huì)降低合金的壓縮強(qiáng)度和斷裂應(yīng)變。
