球化孕育處理工藝對(duì)下貝氏體鑄鐵組織特性及力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:采用真空中頻感應(yīng)爐,通過(guò)改變球化孕育處理工藝獲得具有不同形態(tài)石墨的鑄造試樣,將鑄件加熱到860℃保溫2 h,使用20℃的硝酸鈉、亞硝酸鈉飽和溶液將其連續(xù)冷卻至室溫,并在250℃低溫回火2 h后空冷,獲得具有不同形態(tài)石墨的下貝氏體基體組織。研究了球化孕育處理工藝對(duì)石墨球化效果的影響,以及石墨形態(tài)對(duì)熱處理顯微組織和力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:球化處理溫度及時(shí)間對(duì)鑄鐵中的鎂吸收率有顯著影響,超過(guò)1 500℃時(shí),鎂燒損加劇,當(dāng)球化處理溫度為1 450℃,鎂吸收率達(dá)到64.2%;孕育劑添加工藝也是影響鑄鐵中石墨的形態(tài)和分布的重要因素,當(dāng)一次孕育和二次孕育添加量分別為0.8%和1.2%時(shí),石墨的形態(tài)以球狀為主,尺寸細(xì)小且分布均勻,石墨的球化率為93%,球化級(jí)別達(dá)到2級(jí),尺寸級(jí)別為9級(jí);另外,均勻分布的球狀石墨有利于提高熱處理后下貝氏體鑄鐵的綜合力學(xué)性能。
