滲氮工藝對(duì)耐磨鑄鐵組織和硬度的影響

【摘要】:采用等離子體滲氮技術(shù)對(duì)鑄鐵材料進(jìn)行氮化處理,研究了滲氮前后鑄鐵的組織和性能變化。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)滲氮溫度不變,保溫時(shí)間為10~12 h時(shí),滲層深度和顯微硬度隨著保溫時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)而增大。保溫時(shí)間不變,滲氮溫度為560~600℃時(shí),滲層深度和顯微硬度隨溫度升高先增大后減小。在580℃滲氮時(shí),鑄鐵的組織主要為γ′相和ε相,硬度值達(dá)到最大值。
