退火溫度對汽車用高強鋼組織和拉伸性能的影響

【摘要】:通過對自制的高強鋼進(jìn)行退火處理,研究了退火溫度對高強鋼組織和拉伸性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)退火溫度較低時,高強鋼組織中主要為馬氏體;隨退火溫度升高,馬氏體逐漸向貝氏體和珠光體轉(zhuǎn)變。當(dāng)退火溫度為850℃時,高強鋼的拉伸強度為631.4 MPa,伸長率為22.6%。
