鎂基合金自由枝晶生長的相場模擬研究

【摘要】:利用定量相場模型,以Mg-0.5 wt.%Al合金為例模擬了基面((0001)面)內(nèi)鎂基合金的等溫自由枝晶生長過程.通過研究該合金體系數(shù)值模擬的收斂性,獲得了最優(yōu)化值耦合參數(shù)λ=5.5及網(wǎng)格寬度△x/W_0=0.4,并在該參數(shù)下系統(tǒng)研究了各向異性強度和過飽和度對枝晶尖端生長速度、尖端曲率半徑、Peclet數(shù)及穩(wěn)定性常數(shù)σ~*的影響.結(jié)果表明,由微觀可解性理論得到的穩(wěn)定性系數(shù)σ~*與ε_6擬合值σ~*∝ε_6~(1.81905),更接近理想值σ~*(ε_6)∝ε_6~(1.75).此外,當(dāng)過飽和度Ω0.6時,穩(wěn)定性系數(shù)σ~*不隨ε_6的變化而變化,而當(dāng)Ω0.6時,穩(wěn)定性系數(shù)σ~*隨著ε_6的增加而減小.這反映了枝晶的生長由擴散控制向動力學(xué)控制的轉(zhuǎn)變.隨著過飽和度的增加,枝晶形貌由雪花狀枝晶向圓狀枝晶轉(zhuǎn)變.
