大型H型鋼矯后殘余應(yīng)力分析與檢測(cè)研究
[Abstract]:According to the actual demand of an iron and steel plant, the geometric model, material model, mesh division method and boundary condition setting in the process of HN1000 脳 300 straightening simulation of large H-beam are established through a lot of practical research. The numerical simulation of HN1000 脳 300 straightening process of large H-beam is successfully completed by using the finite element model by using ANSYS Workbench 14.5 multi-physical field software analysis platform. At the same time, the residual stress after correction is analyzed and tested. because the existence of residual stress will make the members in the steel structure enter the plastic state ahead of time, it will have a great influence on the bearing capacity and ultimate stiffness of the members, and the life and safety of the members will also be greatly reduced. Therefore, it is of great guiding significance and reference value for the actual production and life to master the genetic distribution and detection method of residual stress in an all-round way.
