【摘要】：針對(duì)某鋼鐵廠的實(shí)際需求,通過(guò)大量的實(shí)踐研究建立了大型H型鋼HN1000×300矯直模擬過(guò)程中的幾何模型、材料模型、網(wǎng)格劃分方法、邊界條件設(shè)置的問(wèn)題,利用該有限元模型通過(guò)采用ANSYS Workbench 14.5多物理場(chǎng)軟件分析平臺(tái)成功的完成了大型H型鋼HN1000×300矯直過(guò)程的數(shù)值模擬。同時(shí)對(duì)矯后殘余應(yīng)力進(jìn)行了分析和檢測(cè),由于殘余應(yīng)力的存在會(huì)使鋼結(jié)構(gòu)中的構(gòu)件提前進(jìn)入塑性狀態(tài),對(duì)構(gòu)件的承載力和極限剛度等相關(guān)力學(xué)性能產(chǎn)生很大的影響,致使其壽命和安全性也大大降低。因此,全面掌握殘余應(yīng)力的成因分布和檢測(cè)方法,對(duì)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)生活具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義和參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:According to the actual demand of an iron and steel plant, the geometric model, material model, mesh division method and boundary condition setting in the process of HN1000 脳 300 straightening simulation of large H-beam are established through a lot of practical research. The numerical simulation of HN1000 脳 300 straightening process of large H-beam is successfully completed by using the finite element model by using ANSYS Workbench 14.5 multi-physical field software analysis platform. At the same time, the residual stress after correction is analyzed and tested. because the existence of residual stress will make the members in the steel structure enter the plastic state ahead of time, it will have a great influence on the bearing capacity and ultimate stiffness of the members, and the life and safety of the members will also be greatly reduced. Therefore, it is of great guiding significance and reference value for the actual production and life to master the genetic distribution and detection method of residual stress in an all-round way.
