樣品尺寸對(duì)Pd基塊體非晶合金內(nèi)部剪切帶的影響

【摘要】:以Pd79Cu4Au2Si10P5塊體非晶合金為對(duì)象,研究了不同尺寸合金的塑性變形行為及其內(nèi)部剪切帶特征。結(jié)果表明,直徑為1,2和3 mm的該非晶合金都具有良好的塑性變形能力,其塑性變形量隨著試樣尺寸的增大而降低,分別約為13%,10%,8%。不同尺寸試樣的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線有明顯不同的鋸齒流變,2 mm試樣鋸齒振幅最大,3 mm試樣鋸齒振幅最小,而且1和3 mm試樣的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線的鋸齒間隔都比2 mm試樣的小。金相顯微鏡的觀察結(jié)果表明,隨著試樣尺寸的增加,其內(nèi)部主剪切帶密度降低,次生剪切帶密度增加。在掃描電鏡下能明顯看到內(nèi)部主剪切帶厚度隨著試樣尺寸的增加而增加。
[Abstract]:The plastic deformation behavior and internal shear band characteristics of Pd79Cu4Au2Si10P5 bulk amorphous alloys with different sizes were studied. The results show that the amorphous alloys with diameters of 1, 2 and 3 mm have good plastic deformation ability, and their plastic deformation decreases with the increase of sample size, which is about 13%, 10% and 8%, respectively. The stress-strain curves of samples with different sizes have obviously different sawtooth flow curves. The sawtooth amplitude of 2 mm specimen is the largest, and the sawtooth amplitude of 3 mm specimen is the smallest, and the sawtooth interval of 1 and 3 mm specimens is smaller than that of 2 mm specimen. The results of metallographic microscope show that with the increase of sample size, the density of main shear band decreases and the density of secondary shear band increases with the increase of sample size. Under scanning electron microscope, it can be seen that the thickness of the main shear band increases with the increase of sample size.
